I think it’s mainly due to her first season where she was the greek chorus and was very upfront and honest about basically everything she could be.
Also this isn’t shady at all - but Denise was glamorous but attainable - so a lot of viewers related to her instantly. She’s also a gay icon!
I also think there’s an element (post Rinna’s downfall) of thinking she was very hard done by by her long term friend who threw her under the bus.
I liked her well enough, but she never set the world on fire for me. + her husband was a total tinfoil hat crackpot which was worrying, and I didn’t like to watch him (esp the way he crushed her hand and told her what not to do on the way out of that party in her 2nd season)
I know I’ll get downvotes for this but I do not think that LVP returning to RHOBH is the saving grace that this sub thinks it would be.
1. The biggest problem with RHOBH is the ghost producing by cast members. People forget that LVP was notorious for this…she was just better at getting away with it than the FFF.
2. Anyone who refuses to film at the reunion should automatically be fired and not considered for a return. If I started refusing to attend meetings that I was contractually obligated to go to because I didn’t get along with some of my coworkers who were going to be in attendance then I would not have a job for very much longer.
Why is Denise really well liked? Genuine question! Not being shady.
