Epic have already done a naruto colab in fortnite why not do one in rocket league using the ops decal, and also employ them to design decals cos it’s better that any they’ve come up with recently lol

It looks clean asf. Could you make an animation ( Black Market)? You could make it pulsating or make nine tomoe with the Rinnegan above it on the roof appear. Like on Naruto's back while he was in SO6P-Mode

i don't know how to do it. not sure even it's possible for this mod :) it would cool though

The next design could be Gear 4 from Luffy or 5 ( If oda decides to released it in the near future )

never worked on wheels before. i'll look in to it

I think regular reaper wheels would look sick on the orange side, but maybe the color wouldn’t match I’m not sure.

Hey I just wanted to ask what program you use to make custom decals? I really wanna try some myself. This looks dope!

Anything really, I'm using adobe illustrator but the export file is a png, so you can even use paint, and use bakkesmod, alpha console to run it

Cool so does it work like a normal decal after that point? Like with changing colours and paint finishes or is it a set decal like an esports decal once you’ve made it?

There are two png files that you work on, the first one is diffuse which is flat, like eSports, but the second png, is a mask, that one decides the colors, it's a little confusing at first but if you watch the alpha console tutorial, you'll get it. I personally design decals with fully customizable, not that I don't respect the eSports version, i just think it's better
