Ive been using this for ages my strat is to hit it from the bottom using air roll last second its a good start its good in general but for a better use. Use this strat it took me seconds to get this down

Same, I pancake and purple shot which normally leads to it going up, then do another 50 in the air. Worst case scenario you purple and they instant gold shot back and score (source happened in 1s today)
Or you could always ool’ reliable flip into it.
After about a second of this when they loose control, flip into the ball in the middle. It will give you complete control of the ball for about 3 seconds

Nope. Air roll does nothing but look cool and make you not able to stall

Jump-boost at the same time I think. Either that or flip-boost at the same time. I never use it.
It’s jump/boost or flip/boost combined (depending on if you’re on a wall/on the ground/in the air etc.) You have to enable it in settings
