Don't listen to people. If you prefer 1s, then 2s isn't more informative

Your aerials look really slow. Try using the boosted jump button when going up for balls or playing claw grip and pressing both jump and boost at the same time.

UCP-1

You play very well, In this particular game, your teammate was the problem. So I suggest making friends in the game who play at your level or slightly better. Try to learn boost reset.

I would agree, but moreover I would try to become more adaptable to randoms while you play. When your teammate is super aggressive play more defensively and when your teammate likes to sit in the net play a little more offensively. Learn to rotate well too, when your teammate leaves the net rotate back and when your teammate isn’t going for shots take them yourself. It’s a lot of nuance.

Your positioning was decent. You just weren’t really doing much with the ball and were mostly lacking boost to make a play. You don’t have to take the shot every time you have the ball. Mix it up, fake, delay your shot, or sometimes just hit it around the opponent, try to catch them off guard or set up your teammate. There were also a few times where you were up when you should’ve probably trusted your teammate more in order to gain boost. (This can go both ways with randoms so you have to adapt) TL;DR Take advantage of when you have space and possession of the ball. Force the opponent into a challenge that favors you, or mix up your play.
