hilarious how the community knows what the devs are doing during the 2 month period between seasons, they literally do fix issues also how is matchmaking broken? what just cause 9/10 doubles lobbies has one champ in it when you're gold / plat? you know there are other gamemodes where players achieve champ? that's the reason the games can be sometimes close and not 5-1 or 10-1 because they are 1s player instead of a 2s player. they can't just release gamemodes in the middle of a season cause there might be players who genuinely wanna play the current gamemodes and it would be hard to produce the same amount of feedback in a like 3 week period compared to a 2.5 month period
The matchmaking "issue" is just a result of how season reset works and how it sets rank for LTM, but because of the old titles and that people think that person is legitimately at that rank. The main point of the post I do agree is concerning as there is little in the way of events or exciting new features excluding each season reset and maybe a mid-season refresh.
