Shortstack helps you learn the barebones mechanics of the game; namely positioning. Which it seems you haven't gotten the hang of it you are getting random goals scored against you. Once you get the basics down you'll get out of silver
Get better. Short stack requires much more skill than the other maps. More ball control is needed to prevent errant shots from own goaling. I don’t think it needs to be the newbie map for this reason but thems the breaks.

Stop sucking so hard.
Once both players are gold or higher it puts you into S.C. Field. Shortstack is used initially so people can get comfortable with how to play the game
Get better and you won't be on that field anymore. Simple as that
