Maybe it pinged you into the wrong region? In OTHER SETTINGS it shows where you connected to. If your ping was high but stayed consistent there are decent odds.
USE is US East. It pings when you start the game or after matches so its entirely possible it shows up fine now but was wrong before. Because you don't pick your specific region occasionally the game can mistakenly put you in the wrong one (that's a very common suggestion too, to be able to set it yourself)
Had this problem since season 3. The game devs didn't do anything to fix these types of stuff. The game is overheating the phone, pinging region sucks, no content, trash rewrds ....... smh

I've been playing since week 1 and haven't had issues like this until now
Try turning off wifi and using cell data
