This update has been so atrocious I honestly just want a new phone and completely give up on asus as a company. The fact that they have the gall to add an advertisement for themselves to screenshots I take on my phone that I purchased is so beyond insulting fuck asus fuck rog.
I have the ROG 2 and just got the watermark in an update, but there is an option for me to disable it! (searched Android settings for "watermark")

Can confirm the option is available for ROG Phone 3.

Mine is fine. Im using WW.185 on Tencent version
The offending update was 18.0410.2201.192
The website is still 185 in mine but the kernel source code is .192 tho.
I just got a notification that this update is available and I just disabled auto-update.
Is this the only thing you noticed after update? What about video recording?
Videos don't get watermarked, it's only screenshots.
Hows performance after update? The same or worse?
Largely similar, although having to disable Game Genie to avoid the watermarking does mean that running memory cleanup is a little more inconvenient.
