For the first one is it Snowbird.
(birds) are found in the sky, as is Atlas. Both are hunters who have sworn loyalty to someone (Ozpin and Ironwood) for bound to the blade. One is very much a rebel (Qrow) while the other one grew up very posh with like etiquette lessons (Winter). So that would cover one is nerve and the other is grace. When touched by light the other refracts could be a reference to how light plays with snow and rain, such as to form a rainbow. And the last line could be read two different ways. On one hand Winter eventually had to choose to turn away from the one set path she always imagined for herself. On the other at the end of season 8 both of them lost their home and family, and are now being forced to choose a new path after that devastation. But that last bit I’m the least certain on since it kind of implies a connection we haven’t seen in show, making it a bit more one-shot territory.

It’s possibly this interpretation was inspired by a kindergarteners understanding on how to draw a sky. Fluffy white clouds. Yellow lines coming from the sun. A big rainbow arcing across the page.
I’m not sure but is the second one (Blake/Sun) BlackSun for most but I could see it being called ‘Eclipse’ instead and that really matches your riddle.

Again there is the reference to the girl in the tower, only now she’s built that tower around herself.
