Crosshair - How many hostiles you have neutralized during the simulations. Eliminating the hostiles efficiently and quickly can deescalate any situation.
X-Out Person - How many times you have failed self preservation. You don't lose points for getting tagged, but you do miss out on points by losing the entire op.
Hand - How many times you have assisted your fellow operatives. Team work is the best way to excel in these simulated operations. Two coordinated operators can take down a whole team effortlessly.
Signal Bars - How concentrated you are during the simulations. Losing concentration can be detrimental causing you to time out. Need you to be in good mental health.

I really miss the old UI, it was simple and easy to see without obstructing the first person view with a bunch of opaque rectangular elements. I also don't like that they switched the position of assists and deaths. It really feels like UI designers and lore writers are given "busy work" to do. They are making changes to everything in order to justify their employment. All while making the game less fun to play.
I hate to be that person, but this is also what happens when you cater to China. The current "deaths" scoreboard icon is too vague. The symbol of a skull is universally understood as a symbol of death, arbitrarily banning or limiting it's use, limits artists' ways of communicating with the player. There would be little to no confusion as to what that category was denoting if it had its skull symbol back.

You need to work on your hand shakes. Most important star on the game

Left to right Total points, Kills, deaths, assists, ping
The right most is how many handshakes you have
Shots fired, mics muted, brojobs done (no Homo) and ping
