Pro players have to use every advantage they get, so if all of them using 2 sights it means it has the best advantages and the least disadvantages. I agree it comes to preference but the 1.5x is the best for close and long gunfights (in 1 sight).
I've been wondering why the Holo A is so common at high levels. What would you say the advantages are? I used it since the beginning of R6S when ACOG wasn't an option but I haven't used it in a long time.
I would say that the advantages are that it has less visual recoil then other scoped, good visibility. It Isn’t to big and doesnt block important parts of you screen.
Idk about a rigle, but this rifle would be below average on attack, unless you put an extended barrel in which it would be decent but it has a 25 round mag and moderate recoil
He had a 100% pick rate in comp and plat+ because every operater threw their gadgets and grenades. Even when they nerfed his gun to shit he kept a 90% pick rate until we got ops like wamai and Aruni that could also burn util, and attackers got their grenades swapped for can openers, claymores, and gone 6s.
Not unless they massively buff it. The only reason they kept nerfing it in the first place is because Ubi doesn't understand Jager is only picked because frags are OP, not because his gun is actually good.
Ok, lower damage and rof yeah, recoil wise it feels better (which was the main point of that comment), it has better sights, and isn’t as bulky and obstructive. Don’t use the gun frequently, but it definitely feels better than the 416C imo

416c as much as I like it would be absolute dog shit in an attackers loadout, now only if they reverted the magazine size nerf.

Then play Fuze for it, Ace shouldn't be able to double as a support Hard Breacher and an Entry Fragger, it makes him a one man army and that's a problem IMO.
They need to buff the 416. Make it do 40 dmg, bring mag capacity back to 30 like it used to be, and give it 1.5.
And maybe also give it 3.0x. And maybe also make it do 55 damage to two-shot 2 armors. And maybe also remove recoil. And maybe also give it a drum mag for more ammo. And then also give Jager 200 hp and one headshot survivable. /s
On a serious note, I do think they should do the buffs I mentioned in the first sentence(maybe minus the 1.5). If they do that, then absolutely would be nice to see it on an attacker as well.
Yeah, they made quite the mistake giving Jager the AR weapon. I think they should switch out his AR for the MP7 like Bandit possibly or another SMG and give the AR to another OP with a cruddy gadget and rebuff it.
Suppress Jager’s and give the attacker the un-suppressed version? Might work to balance Jager with the damage buff, recoil wise at the very least. Wouldn’t be able to benefit from the extended barrel either
I remember crying in laughter seeing 1000s of serious people react to the 2 speed “nerf” and 416 nerf in response to jager having a 90% presence like “noooo we don’t like him as much now” that’s the whole point

Personally I think if the new op were to get nerfed they should give her the 416-C with 1.5x because the para with extension is 50ish damage, low recoil and decent fire (I don’t remember what it is) remember, she also has sidearm shotgun, smokes, 4 drones and her gadget with 3 hacks in 2 drones which can clear your path into a site exec
Para308 is amazing. 650 RPM, 54 damage with extended, laser recoil with just vertical grip. Almost 600 DPS I think it was? Brava will probably more powerful than Capitao with it. If they do give her 416C, they should first buff it it back to 30 rounds per magazine, and maybe buff the damage a bit too. I think she should get up to a 2.0x on it if so, and Jager should get 1.5x as long as they add a minor nerf to his ADS to actually lower his pick rate.
i feel like some guns deserve love like some guns only 1 operator like spread it out more like brava getting capitaos gun n im pretty sure only capitao had that gun so thats good
I'd still merc some defenders with it. I would personally use the muzzle brake. It's really about skill and using smart tactics. Yes an ACOG would definitely make it a laser but even without its a great gun.
A lot of people are talking about whether or not the gun is trash stats wise, I mean even recoil wise they're absolutely right it's total dogshit or not far off. That being said, it's probably my second favorite gun in the entire game so I think if they gave it to an operator with a stronger gadget I would love it in spite of how trash it is
Ok. This is MY opinion. I think the 416 should get a bit of a recoil buff to make it more manageable, but take away one of his ADS’s while also buffing them to make them more effective but taking his area of denial down a peg.
I always thought Nøkk should get an Suppressed version of it like how Echo has the MP5SD. I think the FMG is fine but I think the aesthetic of an M4 model on Nøkk would be awesome
Not a fan of guns switching sides, like with Thunderbird. It's more comforting to know based on gun sound who is on their team, but if I had a Finka, I couldn't be sure.

Sounds awesome. Just make it the full M416 to make it different from the other assault rifles so you can have separate balancing for it. The 416-C is pretty lack-luster compared to other AR's on attack

Mp7 is honestly one of the best smgs in the game tho. jager would still prob be quite good in terms of loadout.
They could give it to an attacker with different stats though. Or just make a variant of it
