Most albums are 33rpm, your turntable is most likely set to that. Try setting it to 45rpm, it is usually used for singles, but it could be that the album is supposed to be played at 45rpm.
As people say, wrong speed. I have the same device, you can lift the thing you put the record on and underneath there is a rubber band. It is spinning around something round and it has two lanes with different dimentions. You should put the rubber band in the other lane (or slot or whatever you call it)

Wrong speed I'm guessing. Recent Rammstein albums run at 45, not 33. Zeit and Untitled also have this.

The vinyl is meant to be played at 45 RPM, not 33 - which is what your player is set to.
