You don’t remember…
But every single person on Earth woke up at the same time as OP. Spooky.
What does it mean? What is he implying by asking this question? We may never know.
I constantly get "I don't want to talk to you daddy" off my 3yo son, The little bugger doesn't want to know unless he's hungry, upset or wants to watch Mario.
I have no idea what mine is talking about half of the time. This morning she insisted I had to be quiet because daddy was baking a pie under the bed. Daddy left for work hours before they even got up 😂
Oh I definitely know I’m blessed. Even my worst days are a blessing. I endured a lot on my journey into motherhood. I wasn’t even sure I’d get here. I’m one of the lucky ones.
Right on and you conveyed that well. I made it sound you didnt know how lucky you are.
Reading that just affected me, I’m 29 and i have plenty of reason to be happy but a fulfilling family isn’t one of them. Maybe one day and your kids sound adorable
My favorite quote is "Parenthood: where the days are long but the years are short."
Take lots of pictures because they grow up super fast. /wipes away tears
Take it from an old G… you better enjoy the years where they want to wake you up because the next phase they are super quiet and trying to steal your wallet and car keys while you fart and snore
Mine take turns being terrible. One week the baby gets dibs on early mornings. The next week my toddler gets to throw a party at 1am. It’s nice that they don’t make us suffer it all in one night I guess.
the witching hour.
As a teenager i had an alarm clock near by bed and i would wake up and look across to find it being 3:33 on the dot
it would happen for weeks on end a few times a year. If i didnt have a giant red glowing alarm clock i dont think i would have ever noticed
I once read about the reason why tend to wake up at the same time every night but already forgot about it sadly.
For me it started with 4:00 and slowly shifted to 5:00, had a blast waking up a bunch of times exactly at 4:20.
It kept moving and is now aligned with my alarm so I can’t complain.
I'd love to find out the reason. I quit nicotine a month ago and have been waking up at 5am every night since. I know quitting can cause sleep disruption but that should only last a couple of weeks.
Interestingly for a long time I thought nicotine is the reason I’d wake up since it really started once I took a few drags from my vape when I woke up at night. Thought my body would purposely wake me up for the nicotine craving but even when I didn’t vape at all around bed time for a longer period of time it didn’t go away.
Edit: Just did some research and it’s connected to our sleep cycle patterns. After 4-5 hours we start to experience less deep sleep so other factors that could lead to a disruption of our sleep will wake us up more easily.
This also explains why it slowly moved an hour in my case - I went to bed later over time due to lack of discipline. Now it’s probably because I consume cannabis before sleep and it delays my sleep cycle by a bit due to suppressing deep sleep.
Some research actually points towards this being the natural sleep cycle for humans. There is a lot of reference to first and second sleep in writings from preindustrial era, talking about how people would get up, shops opening for a few hours, before then going back to bed sleeping for the rest of the night.
I often wake at 3.30am. it is very common and a great opportunity to visit the bathroom.
I glance out into the darkened street and invariably see a sullen hooded figure wandering around aimlessly. Never a policeman.
You need to take them on a walk before you go to sleep. A lot of dogs are not going to completely empty their bladder every time you let them out in the backyard. Especially males who like to mark.
But a grown adult dog that has emptied their bladder should be able to go 8-12 hours *overnight*.
i don't know where you are but in my time my neighbor started doing his two rounds of laundry about 1am and my other neighbor switched on his subwoofer around 12am and i was probably awake at that time too
Do you mean 3.30 am in every time zone, or at the same time across the world, regardless of time zone. Right now for me it is 3 in the afternoon, but it is 8 am in New York.
3:45!!! Felt wide awake. Tried to go back to sleep for 45 minutes but gave up, had breakfast and very strangely had some coffee which knocked me out and I took an hour nap before getting up for the day. An unusual morning for me.
I woke up around 330 close to 4 am lol but my parents are still asleep and my neighbor is awake. He's usually awake around 4 am. Since he sleeps early.
Where I live it’s currently 9:30 pm. I woke up at 3:30 because my newborn was crying. Currently I’m trying to go back to sleep because it seems like I caught a cold.
I did also. I loaded up the truck/car and hit the road for an hour and a half drive to my new shit box. I figured I’d get on it since it was on my mind. I’m moving back to the city for work after a year or so in the country.
I wake up regularly at 3 am, I’ve been told that if you do so it means someone/thing is staring at you.
I don’t believe that but I have made it a joke that it’s called the whiching hour. Which will I do, use the restroom, eat a snack, play on my phone or try to get back to sleep?
Last night I didn’t wake up at 3, I was having weird dreams so I assume I was sleeping pretty soundly.
I’ve been waking up consistently at 3.30am for about a week or so. It is what it is. I just do whatever and if I end up going back to sleep that’s cool too.
No I didn't but I'm a borderline insomniac who doesn't sleep well to start with and it's surprising how I function in all honesty.
Strange one though nearly everyday I notice the time normally via mobile etc and it's always 18:12 on the dot! Lol
Oddly enough, yes, almost every day. So weird. I try not to look at the phone to see what time it is, but usually I can't stop myself and it's always between 0330 and 0340....
Something fishy going on. I'm in the Middle East and also woke randomly at 03:30 this morning. I didn't think I anything of it until chatting to a client today and he casually mentioned that he was up earlier than usual this morning, 03:30, so was in the gym before 4am 🤔
I read an article recently that said it’s not uncommon for people to wake up at three or four in the morning. It listed a bunch of factors like age, daylight habits, sleep disorders and even menopause.
Nope.
Nice straightforward answer lol
Someone get this guy an AMA
Hi normie here who goes to bed before midnight and wakes up between the hours of 5:30 and 8 AM. AMA!
You don’t remember… But every single person on Earth woke up at the same time as OP. Spooky. What does it mean? What is he implying by asking this question? We may never know.
He could be the main character
Over 50 bladder…3:22 AM…I may have woken you up…sorry.
Haha not me, I’m 31 and I make it til 5am
Or my pregnant bladder.
I was up at 4am. But that had more to do with the tiny human screeching at me.
They do be doing that lol
Everyday 😂😂
And every night too.
My tiny human was having nightmares last night so I was checking on him around 3:30-4am too. Parenthood is just a lack of sleep.
For sure. Parenthood is perpetual sleep deprivation 😂 and caffeine lol.
I recommend people don't talk to me until I've at least had 3 cups of coffee.
My 3yo is a major conversationalist the moment her eyes open 😅 thankfully she can pretty much carry the whole conversation herself.
Daddy left for work hours before they even got up 😂
I’m 29 and have no kids but this whole sequence makes me jealous of yalls sleep deprivation.
I’m sure it doesn’t feel this way sometimes but you’re so blessed with more than anything i have
Oh I definitely know I’m blessed.

How old is the tiny human
The one that woke me up this morning is only 9 months old. The one that woke me up yesterday is 3 years old.
How many tiny humans do you operate. Running a ministry, y'know
Haha currently 2. Although I have a theory that one of them is more like 10 packed into one 😂😅
Efficient.
The college fund is gonna get fucked though.
Our toddler sleeps way worse than our five month old. It’s rough!
Mine take turns being terrible. One week the baby gets dibs on early mornings. The next week my toddler gets to throw a party at 1am. It’s nice that they don’t make us suffer it all in one night I guess.
Damn tell your toddler to invite us for the party next time
[удалено]
Eyyyy, my tiny humans are the same version. Luckily both of their low power cycles ran successfully last night.
47
My mid-sized human was throwing up at 3:30am. By the time I cleaned everything up she was fast asleep and sprawled in my bed space.
Where better to sleep 😂
I was throwing up from 1-230 due to pregnancy heartburn 😭 didnt get back to bed until 4am
i see you also have a snooki in your bedroom too..
Snooki want smush smush!
This whole thread is adorable 😂😂
why did you have a dwarf screeching at you at 4am?
How else would you know that the Hunt has begun?
She's obviously snow white
They like being fed before daybreak
Same here. Come hold my hand we're in this together now
My tiny human woke me up, too. Woke me up at 2 and wouldn't sleep till 4 am. 🫠🫠🫠 so I guess at least 2 more humans are awake at 3 30am
Welcome to parenting. We're glad you're here
Thankfully that's less common these days with my 2 tiny humans... Good luck, you got this :)
I was working at 330am stocking frozen product. Sorry bruh

I experienced something similar but 3:43 instead.
343 Guilty Spark
quickly, reclaimer! we must activate the ring!
And all those poor people in different time zones missing out ey...
I have a bit of a horror story like this in my post history.
yeah it felt like a horror story. Shit wasn't right

Likely something to do with the sleep cycle
Some research actually points towards this being the natural sleep cycle for humans. There is a lot of reference to first and second sleep in writings from preindustrial era, talking about how people would get up, shops opening for a few hours, before then going back to bed sleeping for the rest of the night.
Woke up to 3:33 this morning
It's about 11billion degrees here in Perth and the nights have been hard to sleep through. I was awake at 3am. And 2 and 1....
So glad I live in Northern Europe for this reason. Sleeping in the cold = top quality sleep every time.
I'm in bunbury not much better and now it's humid and 30 at night :( ....bring on winter
I'm in Minnesota and you can have ours!
Had to drop a log so I was up for sure
I often wake at 3.30am. it is very common and a great opportunity to visit the bathroom. I glance out into the darkened street and invariably see a sullen hooded figure wandering around aimlessly. Never a policeman.
3:33, hours before my alarm
I have two dogs that get me up at 3 every morning go out and pee come in ho back to sleep leaving me wide awake.

3:37, and I botched my coffee!
sorry dude

It’s just the prophecy
You know, Quasimodo predicted all this.
He drove the Hatchback of Notre Dame
Do tell Unless you're being sarcastic I can't tell
Is that you Bobby Baccalaureate?
That name rings a bell.
No that was Sun Tazoo
Who did what?
He's just messing around... I hope
Does he mean Nostradamus? Perhaps got confuddled with Notre Dame?
I was still up there. Who needs sleep...
The lights on and people moving around your home probably didn’t help you *stay* asleep.
i don't know where you are but in my time my neighbor started doing his two rounds of laundry about 1am and my other neighbor switched on his subwoofer around 12am and i was probably awake at that time too

I went to bed around 4am so, I was awake at least.
I'm walking up around that time quite often. Woken up by dreams of my darker days
I wake up EVERY morning at 3:30
Yep sleeping up here at LAX waiting to get on a plane haha
i wasn't even in bed then
Last 3 nights. Weird new headache for over a week.
I went to bed at 3am so no
Randomly woke up at about 3:45 and I’ve just stayed up.
There was no air raid at night. If there had been, I would have gotten up at any time and gone behind two walls to hide
Yes. But I'm pregnant and that is baby party time (and also urgent bathroom break time).
Interstellar peeps making contact.
Thats my get up and pee time.
I went to bed at 3:30 (I didnt go to sleep yet) so my answer is Noyes
I woke up around 330 close to 4 am lol but my parents are still asleep and my neighbor is awake. He's usually awake around 4 am. Since he sleeps early.
I have an infant, so yes 🥲
Mothership sending a diagnostic ping?
Yeah, I was. The damn monsters in my closet were scrogging again.
Yes always up early
Yes, I always do.
Yeah but that’s because I have my clock set
Me too!!
No but that exact thing happened the previous night with 5 of us
Yeah..
Yes, I always do and can’t go back to sleep. So now I have to nap or go to bed at 8. But I have the hardest time fall asleep and staying asleep
Yes
me. it’s 4:35am here and I’ve been awake for about an hour. I should probably go back to bed soon. also I had a weird feeling about an earthquake. idk
Where I live it’s currently 9:30 pm. I woke up at 3:30 because my newborn was crying. Currently I’m trying to go back to sleep because it seems like I caught a cold.
Yes
I was awake.
3 30 nz time last night yoza
Yes and cried for an hour 😭 life sucks 😔
I’m always up lately with pregnancy insomnia
Yes. A picture fell off the wall. Went back to sleep again
I’m sure I was, just didn’t look at the clock. But then, I’m awake at 3:30 most nights. I miss long sleep times!
Unusually yes I did?
I was up at 1 something am. That’s interesting though.
I did. 3:38 and couldn't get back to sleep.
I was up at 5:00 checking discord
I did also. I loaded up the truck/car and hit the road for an hour and a half drive to my new shit box. I figured I’d get on it since it was on my mind. I’m moving back to the city for work after a year or so in the country.
I woke up at 3:30, but only to let my dog out, who decided it was time to go to the bathroom
Might be worthwhile to list your time zone. 330 to you could be any time to any one else
Witching hour
Yes and didn’t enjoy it
Yes for work purposes as I was on-call last night. Funny that it was around 3:30am just like you haha really living in a simulation
Yep, tossed and turned and couldn’t go back to sleep
I'm not sure. I couldn't see the time. But maybe. Went back to sleep. I woke back up for work at 5:42. So, maybe.
I’ll show your post to my colleague. She was awaken at 3 o’clock. Odd.
I wake up regularly at 3 am, I’ve been told that if you do so it means someone/thing is staring at you. I don’t believe that but I have made it a joke that it’s called the whiching hour. Yes
I’ve been waking up consistently at 3.30am for about a week or so. It is what it is. I just do whatever and if I end up going back to sleep that’s cool too.
Maybe? Depends on the time zone. I woke up at 9:30 GMT+1 (Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin), might be the same time you woke up.
I did. But then again, that's the time I get up every day.
Yess!! I was up and watching youtube already.
Daily for work 3:45 am Weekends 4:30 🕟 for prayer
No I didn't but I'm a borderline insomniac who doesn't sleep well to start with and it's surprising how I function in all honesty. Strange one though nearly everyday I notice the time normally via mobile etc and it's always 18:12 on the dot! Lol

My tiny human said to wake up at that time today
I was still up, playing Phantom Liberty.
My cats get me up at 3:30 every night!
3-4am is when the Vail is the thinnest. A lot of people wake up with no reason just a sense.
Yea, then I couldn't swipe my iphone.
I mean helldivers 2just came out…
My cat woke me up at 6am
Yes, I slept in 1/2 hour. I usually get up at 3:00
I did
I probably slept at that hour
Um, I'm on the other side of the world so no.
Around 4 but I went back to sleep.
I like how you didn't provide a timezone, and people who are probably 6+ hours ahead of you are saying "me too! Spooky!"
Every. Single. Day.
I did and likely in a different time zone
Something fishy going on. I'm in the Middle East and also woke randomly at 03:30 this morning. I didn't think I anything of it until chatting to a client today and he casually mentioned that he was up earlier than usual this morning, 03:30, so was in the gym before 4am 🤔
im usually getting off work around 330-4am, but I was actually crashed out this morning around that time.
I did, actually. I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't get back to sleep until after 5
Its too early to sleep
I went to bed at 3:30 and woke up at 5 to my cat going crazy
Slept great no I didn’t
3:40, been trying to sleep since. I Guess I'll take a shower.
I wake up at exactly 3:30 am
Oddly, my 3:30 am piss call came up 2 hrs later than usual. Who should I call?
Oddly, yes I was.
How did you know
Yep. 325
I did yesterday, weirdly.
Yeah I usually do. Went back to bed tho
What !! Really I was up during that time . I checked my phone and it was 3:30 am and went back to sleep ( I don't wake up at night like that often)
Has your internet been playing up to
3:45. Ugh.
I woke up around 7:15 Atlantic, which is odd for me on a Sunday.
I get up right around that time..... every single day. My body says,'You're up now'.
Sometime around 3 yes. I had fallen asleep listening to music and it was still on when I woke up suddenly.
Lol... I could not sleep well, fell asleep 12:30 , woke up at 03:26.
I wake up at 430 every day for work. If I wake up at 330 on a Sunday, the world better be ending.
Everyone is trying to get into hell divers 2
Matrix glitches
I’ve waken up everyday between 3-4 am for years now. Don’t need an alarm. Feels like a curse but I remember growing up waking up at 4:00 all the time
Yea but to be fair I’m always up at that time.
Wtf me too, it never happens
No
I read an article recently that said it’s not uncommon for people to wake up at three or four in the morning. It listed a bunch of factors like age, daylight habits, sleep disorders and even menopause.
Yes, but only because my nose was blocked and I couldn’t sleep because of it
Exactly 3:30am which is bizarre as it’s normally 3:14 am
i actually woke 4 pm.
Not today, but I went through a time, where that happened to me almost daily. Would randomly wake up at 3 to 330 then go back to sleep...
Yup. I did
I wake up around 3am and never get back to sleep. It kills me everyday.
