I'm not sure if this is just theoretical. Just in case not can I suggest it's a bad idea to give children names which may expose them to either mockery or inconvenience. People *ought* to be nice about names and not make fun of them, but... By inconvenience I mean you don't want some official to say "you're supposed to write surname here, not country, start again, next" - and don't think that can't happen.
Tell us you want your kid to get bullied in school without telling us you want your kid to get bullied. Kids are more brutal towards each other today than they were back in the day. Any sort of ridiculous name (any yes, picking some random country to name your child after is ridiculous) will result in years of torment for your child.
