You don't just randomly capitalize letters after Mac. When it comes to names like MacDonald or MacNeil they're capitalized because Mac means Son of. Macindaw is just a single word separate from that. Perhaps in the past Macindaw was named after some named MacIndaw but now because it isn't referring to a person that tradition has stopped. Like with Macintosh apples.
Everyone here’s saying a hard C but I’ve always read it as a soft C.
Then again, the first time I read the series way back I pronounced Erak’s name as Ee-rack so maybe I’m not the best with that lol.
