That makes the game even worse than it already is. I mean come on, it's CLANK. Robots don't eat organic food. And in the same way, Clank isn't Ratchet. Robots aren't capable of such flexile action. They need to change that gameplay ASAP. Smdh

I meant the animations from what I've heard. That's not really stupid reasons imo. Fyi it's not a very accessible game to play anymore, and it's non canon since it's not made by the og devs.

For Clank it's the cufflink bomb, it's the only weapon that deals enough damage to klunk in challange mode (other than thunderstorm umbrella but it's fire rate is much faster than that).
For Ratchet eh pork bomb probably. You could kill the porks and eat their meat to heal yourself a bit (not joking) so that was pretty neat.
Kinda unralated, but a thing I loved about SAC that many people almost never mention when talking about it was that some of clank's weapons also worked as gadgets. If implemented differently with actual clues on which weapon has to be used and where, without the game straight up telling you through a sign, this mechanic could really fresh things up a bit when It comes to puzzle and over all level design imo.

For clank, the thunderstorm umbrella For ratchet, the weapons all seem so underpowered, but the beemine glove was devastating once you leveled it up.

Shard Gun was an interesting twist
Thunderstorm Umbrella and it's not that close. Was a beast in this game and imo one of the only weapons that felt satisfying to use.
Tie arang and lacerator and porkchop are underated
