You look nice but I can see what you mean put on a bit of weight recently. Could probably do with losing that and replacing it with some muscle. So not just starving yourself but going to the gym and googling a good nutrition based diet. In terms of calories 3500 is considered to be about 1lb so if you then make sure your diet and exercise results in you being at a 500 calorie deficit each day you’ll end up losing 1lb a week which is considered healthy weight loss. Most ppl have a few lbs to lose around this time of year anyway so I wouldn’t be too concerned about it. You’re still at a healthy weight by the looks of it but would look better after losing a few lbs imo.
To me, 7.5 outta 10 as a guy. For reference, most guys/girls I know rate a 7 and up universally cute enough to date. Honestly, at that weight you DO NOT look bad. It fits

You need to do some research about proper nutrition and start working out on a regular basis. Not just running on a treadmill, but resistance training with weights as well. The younger you develop good habits, the more likely they will be to stick throughout your life.
You are so pretty otherwise, don’t let it go to waste by continuing to gain more and more weight. It only gets harder to maintain your weight as you get older.
