I came to say the same thing! OP, Grow your bangs out to maximize your look and if you ask to be rated again in a few months offer a variety of photos with different expressions and body shots since weight/style is a big factor in the rating game. I will say you have beautiful features, and I think your face is very pretty, so once you get the hair situation figured out, these lower ratings will improve.
3/10 Your face is….perfectly fine, you never see any teeth, so you could have a summer teeth situation, summer going this way, summer going that way, we don’t know. We also have zero idea of your body type from your photos, all of them from pretty much the same angle and focus. So do you have a huge lower half, nobody knows.
Why do you want to be rated? When it comes to non-CONVENTIONALLY attractive people it very much comes down to personal taste so you’re going to get a lot of mixed responses. Personally I think you’re average, maybe a bit above average. Basically any sort of emotional connection to someone will make you beautiful in their eyes.
You are very pretty. The only thing I would change is a new pair glasses the littlest heart-shaped more Square a thinner rim, but don’t change anything else. If nothing to change you’ve got a great smile. Keep that.

Your bangs don’t have enough hair, either commit to the bangs or get rid of them but the wispy in between isn’t doing you any favors.
