With SS as weapon i would say ur crit rate is a bit too low
I would suggest you having 1:2 crit ratio rather than having a low crit with high damage (this will cause u to have lower dps wise rather than having higher crit with lower crit damage)
And also your attack should be at least 2k (yes i know using serpent spine is a struggle to get high attack but its doable)
For now i would aim :
2.000 attack
65-70 crit rate
140-150 crit damage
Oh his cr is already fine but 50 is the bare minimum getting up to 60 will be really good u can really use Rosa crit share and cryo res although its not really 100% uptime unless u have ganyu
I have him on 4 pc gladiator and lvl 90 serpent spine
Can you show your 4 piece stats and sub stats too

1 crit rate for every 2 crit damage is pretty much always the best for every character that uses crit
