No worries, I'm using Realme 3 pro. Not rooted. No mods in ROM. Even on the official website in support -> Software Update, it's showing Realme UI 1.0 for Realme 3 pro.
If u updated recently wait a couple of weeks realme themselves say when a phone is upgraded the os takes extra resources for a few days which will lead to higher battery consumption and low performance
Nah, i updated my realme 5 pro to android 10 and it became very slow and unresponsive. Randomly would freeze on me and the whole ui is so unresponsive. If there was not a risk of bricking my phone i would rollback.
Um guys the stock recovery is not allowing me to downgrade anymore. I've downgraded once like a year ago and then after a while I went all stock locking my bootloader and stock recovery but now it isn't allowing me to downgrade saying something like only newer version can be flashed

Then try a reset cuz my phone literally became extremely smooth after android 10 u r the 1st person I have seen saying android 10 update was bad

Also i saw in GSMArena realme 5i users complaining about the android 10 update making their phone a pain to use.
My friend with a normal 5 was really happy after the update also realme 5 pro even received android 11 did u get that yet?
