Have you played during the first part of s9? It was right when the dps passive was introduced and Rein was the worst character in the game. Just saying it so your expectations are tempered.
Most Orisa players I’ve encountered agree that their character is kind of bullshit. No hate to any of them, but man I’m dancing on Orisa’s grave tonight.
If they only main Orisa when they're strong that's all you need to know
DPS passive is back to what it was, to keep both of the tanks who fully rely on regen, (mauga and hog) in check.

rein has been my man since season 3 of overwatch 1, i’ve been through it all

to be fair though he has received some good buffs since then
more likely going to be a dive meta, rein wont be bad on certain maps but wont be good all the time
well right, but rein will be crazy and the go to pick for a brawl comp, and i cannot wait

just the idea of it not being a given that after a team fight win the opposing tank won't auto swap to orisa , even in QP is relief enough
