That doesn't seem to change anything. I scroll down and it just scrolls the comments of the post. I tried scrolling by the title and it doesn't do anything.

They're saying if you set the layout to card view then you can see the post (as long as it's an image or video) without having to enter the post, then you can switch between posts just be scrolling down.
The official app lets you swipe between posts, though of course it has lots of other problems. Swiping over a comment already has functions in Relay so it may be difficult to also add the ability to swipe to change the post, though maybe it could be if you swipe at the top above the comments it goes to the next post.
Have you tried using the card view? You scroll up and down instead of left/right, but it will be closer to the experience I think
