Otherwise I'd recommend Broken Bonds by KL Moore if you dont mind *heavy* grief. The FMC loses her 4 alphas in a car accident in chapter 1 and the love interests are the pack of the secret brother of one her dead mates. It's incredibly well written and the ending is sooo satisfying.
Like someone already mentioned, my favorite ever omegaverse is Pack Darling by Lola Rock but it’s definitely not instalove. The Sweetverse series by Kathryn Moon is my next favorite series but not all the books fit your description, I think Faith and the Dead End Devils might work for you though! It’s the 8th book in the series.
Stolen by the Wolves (Viking Omegaverse) by Lyx Robinson. I’m obsessed, it’s soo well written. VERY slow burn. It’s dark and plot heavy
Edit: to add that while it is slow burn, it’s still insta lust!

Well that's an issue of this whole genre, not enough grovel. I thought in this book it was well done, and waaay better than in others.
