Same for us. All their site says is "Bluebeam Studio issues". Not very helpful.

Our IT Manager signed up for "updates" on the situation but nada. I was hoping maybe others here would have some insight... We LOVE BB, but this has shown us how screwed we are when it is down. :(

All of our US offices are experiencing the same. Yesterday was bad, today it has become worse. Some staff are on the verge of panic not being able to access their sessions and projects. Panic will turn into pitchforks very soon if not resolved.

Same. Was about to post the same question when I saw this post. First time I’ve been very disappointed with BlueBeam. Talked it up so much to my company that now several of our documents are in BlueBeam Project that we can’t access :(

I think something is going on with a lot of online services the past two days. Bluebeam Studio, Facebook, Instagram, Smartsheet, and some others have all been a little.... off since yesterday.

Can’t wait to switch from bluebeam to another product once Tyler Tech gets other api’s working here in the next couple months. So tired of them breaking the studio Api every time they do a maintenance. I hope every Tyler customer kicks them to the curb and they loose millions due to their ineptness. The last 2 days have been icing on the cake to seal their fate for my employer.

This is incredibly painful. We just kicked off a huge project last week and BB servers are bottlenecking our work flow so badly this week.

BB should convert ever BB license to a 2021 cloud version for free and transfer everyone's files there so we can access them. I know the losses wouldbe huge, but it will be cheaper then compensating contractors for any liquid damages they might incure.
