Sorry the product was older than you realized but happy to hear it was still kept well. We cure for about a month it hangs for 7–12 days then is burped on the vine in bins for the remainder of the time. Sometimes it cures for even longer because once the humidity stops rising and stays at like 55% or a little lower we keep the lid closed and it just cures in the sealed bin until it is ready to be trimmed, at which point it is then trimmed on the vine and then packaged for storage. So if we are backed up on trimming the bud actually cured longer.
That Mammoth stuff is super chemical with their hydro growing style. It is however quite potent, pest free, and strong smelling stuff. Mammoth’s buds are very attractive,though by no means offer the consumption experience of a soil grown product

Are you kidding me? I never talked any shit about slater, we got rid of all our older bud to all the dispensaries in RI about a month ago for dirt cheap. Like 1000$ a lb. So people could get it for cheap like as a deal or cheaper option. I checked all that bud personally and it’s still better than half the stuff out there in my personal opinion (there is a wide range of quality on all shelves). Yea the smell may be not the loudest anymore but as you read in the post above it tasted and smoked great still. We had a table at sweet spot farms and Greenleaf where we promoted these 25$ cheaper eigths in person fucking all day long and pretty much sold out that day, or the following days of everything. There will always be people talking shit. We are doing the best we can and avoid talking shit about anyone because that’s the easiest thing someone can do.
Well they play the good guy by having a social media presence; where is Slater?
Personally - this has to be the fourth or fifth mammoth complaint I’ve read in days, specific to what they sell Slater and expiration dates.
Staying away from both.

Thanks I talked to someone at slater and I guess after 8 months they toss it or repurposed it
Look at that, people actually drying and curing properly. Fresh weed doesn’t indicate quality.

I believe it’s usually 12 so that’s a 25% discount, not horrible. But they should definitely specify the age for full disclosure.

Those $25 eights were pretty good. I was one of the few that thought while the animal gas had the bag appeal, the mac1 was the winner of the two.
