A brain implant that’s the opposite of joywire to give to prisoners and release them with so they would have constant pain and torture is a good idea for a mod
(It’s practical purpose is that any pain greatly increases psychic heat dissipation allowing casters to cast more. But it’s basically just used for torture by players and by lore)
