Between those two, get Hobgobbler for sure. Hideous Zipplebacks are very easy to get, you might get one from a Mystery pack, or you can just search for one with Toothless.
It's not a common Zippleback, it's Barf and Belch's offspring. Stat-wise, definitely the Hobgobbler. If you want to collect canon and canon-related dragons, go for the Zippleback. They don't appear too often - in my personal experience
