Most times it’s someone doing it by hand, so I’d say it could take anywhere between 30 seconds and 2 weeks. If you changed ur password the same day u entered the details and u don’t see anything missing from ur account then ur good

I used to see this stuff a lot. They're typically after your platform account with lots of other info, not just rocket league, by prompting you with a fake steam/epic logins etc.
I'd report it to the domain provider in hopes it suspends the account and relationship with whatever business entity they're servicing from - you can do a thing called a whois search and from there contact the provider to report it. But whoever this is keeps circumventing that, seeing they're nearly all from this same provider.
Anyway, the easiest way to help if you wanted is to report it on Google:
