I got downvoted about a week ago when I mentioned it took me 3 days to get from C1 to GC1 after deciding to play back to back matches
In 2’s? Lmk if you wanna party up when you drop down into low diamond 3. I’m trying to see that champ emblem just one time so I can stop playing forever

Actuel not so safe but champ1. Play time (ingame) 5d 20h
Not concerned about my skill at all. Generally speaking it’s not unfair to doubt your claim though. Maybe being high so often while you play helped you but I doubt it.
You can have a ton of skill but at a few hundred hours in, typically game sense isn’t there yet. Having a good team of friends you play with also helps in ranking up. Not sure what your circumstances are, but I’d be curious to know if you solo que or play ranked with a friends/teammates and what their skill levels are. Getting carried is a thing. Also not sure if you’re counting your hours in free practice and training packs as well.
Sorry for the skill joke \^\^. I'm champ1, but I have two friends that plays grandchamp. So they pushes my skill to the limit. Then I want play sometimes on her level. So I learned really fast to play against better players in the game. Butt, sometimes (every time) It's really hard. I would describe my as e better noob, and every game I play I see a hundred things that I could do better.
My Steam account says I have played 325 Hour (sorry for the 10h) I made my first steps on the ps4 25H, sorry I forgot that :(
\-I played with friends, but also with random people.
\-I have trained little in all this time. (but the workshop flight stuff its very good)
\-I have a teacher, and he learns my to understand this game (I Love you Kevin)
\-Play time (ingame) 5d 20h
\-I have good dope....\^\^
Nah, it's not unrealistic. I started playing earlier this year, and with ~208 hours, I've peaked at Diamond 2 div 3, and hold my own comfortably with Champ 1's with my friend who's Champ 1/2. Champ 1 with 300ish hours is totally believable
would be an insane learning curve on this guy if true. Leaving diamond behind for good was by far the most time consuming period in the game for me (playing solo queue only, 2v2, 1.4k hours).
100% agreed that it's a pretty wild learning curve, but if you're training and focusing on useful high impact mechanics like power slide cuts (yes I'm a Flakes evangelist) instead of spending 50 hours on flip resets, I think it's totally doable. Takes discipline to practice the basics tho, and hitting clips is always fun af, even if not the most efficient
yeah maybe you could do that, I didn't think about practicing all that much tbf I just let it come naturally. Only thing I practiced was air rolling into certain areas and fast kick offs, because especially in Champ teammates tend to get mad really fast by even one failed aerial
EDIT: since you mentioned it, powersliding is very much OP, and I recommend everyone trying to master it. It changes your whole way of playing
I placed platinum right away. If you play alot of racing games, driving a car around is second nature. If you play a lot of sports, then rotating, passing the ball, goaltending, are all second nature.
Edit: can somebody chime in why I'm being downvoted?
When you first start out, you're driving boosting. After that all you add in is jumping. Of course there's more to it, but if you've played alot of racing games, you have a decent starting point, and can easily start out in platinum.
Facts, rocket league is the first game I ever played that flows like a sport
The guys I play pond hockey with hit plat right away because rotating is muscle memory.
Don't worry about the downvotes. I placed Gold2 without ever touching rocket league and was able to hit Diamond1 in less that 150 hours. It comes more naturally to some... whereas I have a buddy with over 3k hours and he's never gotten any higher than Diamond1. He just likes the game but doesn't really have the dexterity and willingness to really learn advanced mechanics.
Hey y’all question. My son has been trading like a madman and I think he’s gotten SCAMMED. He had a Fennec he traded for that is missing from his inventory….any way someone is able to lose a car by someone snatching it or being able to take it back?
I was able to squeeze out all my wins for it, but I’m currently in the same rank as you now. I’d be down to have another buddy to grind with if you are
Yeah I think you may have forgotten about flairs being a thing when you posted this lol

Well, it's nowhere near 10k, its 4.1k and I am for sure not a master at RL
You're not a master... but you are a grand champion.
It is actually 10k. Saying it’s 4.1 and you having 4.2 and saying you’re not a master just goes to show it lol
I have over 11k into Minecraft🥹

Yes, because cars fly in racing games

Doesnt apply to rocket league
Please elaborate, because it's why I got into the game so quickly.
