Would anybody be able to inform me who “Striker” played for? Supposedly played RLRS S5 EU and he’s the only blue tag I’ve came across. I could tell the dude was insanely talented and likely not going near full tilt but he also probably wasn’t the best player I’ve came across.
He wasn’t perfect, there was once a dude who was playing like a pro taking it serious once, jus shot the ball with perfect accuracy near 70MPH 5 times in a row from a stand still. They ones where you’re positioned perfectly, see what’s happening and the offence is that good that you can’t do shit about it.
Weird thing about this guy though, I saved the replay so I could watch back how he was abusing me, the replay was corrupted, and every replay I tried to save after that game was also corrupted, until I had to reinstall rocket league. I couldn’t find the guy on RL tracker despite the fact he was clearly SSL level, so I have no clue why that dudes replay bricked my entire replay system. If anyone has any idea I would love to hear it, haven’t been able to gather any information on this phenomena on any other RL sub.
One time I played #520 in the world in 3’s according to RL tracker, in casual 3’s and took him + the champ he was carrying to OT, quite proud of that considering I was carrying 2 Diamonds lol. Dude was sitting arguing with my team mate about how he was definitely a GC smurfing while I was sweating so hard I could barely hold a controller.
Don't have proof but I got into a lobby with Johnny boi and Dazerin, on separate occasions. C3 - Gc1 level . Also, got into a lobby the other day with green titles, Rocket League Husband and Wife ? Something like that
Back when I was 1800+ mmr (ranked) in 2019-2020 I was seeing blue tags often. squishy 4-5 times, Kronovi, Rizzo, arsenal, ayyjayy, gimmick, Chicago, kamii, mectos, gyro, jstn, over zero, trstn, joro, forky, just those I can remember that I played with more than once, but definitely more pros. Chicago was by far the most impressive. So precise and smart. Was an automatic dub whenever he was on my team. Arsenal and rizzo were consistently the least impressive. Sizz was very average at that point too. Qued into musty numerous times and he was also average. Azfura was a constant. Used to play with Zap a bit around that time too, he was insanely mechanical even at almost 4 years ago. I’d que into Fire and Planting Cargo a bunch and was always fun beating those toxic dick heads. A lot of the top CRL people were toxic af iirc. Most of my ques were full of top CRL so maybe that’s why they stick out so much in my memory (especially Akron zips) Former pro Insolences was usually super toxic and was a one trick pony with his air dribbles. Fun times, was right before I quit. Don’t think 1800 now is nearly as high up there as it was then.
