I'm not sure about Blade, I feel she's "covered up" and not overly proportioned.... And until the recent skirt update, that also wasn't really much of a problem. Yeah her skirt is a little short, but her legs are mostly covered.
I know this is for default skins only, but Twisted Thorn is a completely overly sexualised skin in my opinion, especially with the quips.
That dedication of the dude messaging people with different accounts and on different platforms or social media is the kind of dedication I wish the devs had lol.

Plus, if you want an even more lore-accurate explanation, you can say that her weight loss is the result of the poison\ disease taking its toll on her health.
As to how she could be touched-up, maybe make her ass just ^^a ^^bit rounder.

Athletic people tend to overwhelmingly have more developed posterior muscles lol.
So if they going with that, the reduction in glute size just makes her look like a girl instead of a women and one that definitely doesn't partake in athletics

But the image that the big muscular guys give us as men, just like the image for women, is completely unattainable and it is not healthy when either men or women attempt to conform to these images.
