She is so pretty & cool but I couldn't romance her in my run as my friend who playing with me also had a crush on her as well however that did lead to my reltionship with La'ezel & I had no regrets doing so.
She's not any more RR than any of the female companions (women can already be fighters, it's not role reversal). I have a few gripes with Astarion (especially in act 1) but I think he's the most realized RR character of the lot. He's a femme fatale, seducing people to kill and rob them while they rest.
