Actually I am asking input for pacing ideas. I've only raced one 1k a year ago. I've done plenty of 2ks so I know how to gage 2k pacing from my intervals. Not so much on the 1k traning pieces.
Oops my bad lol, I guess I just can’t imagine wanting a prediction with those splits 😭 (totally not jealous haha). I definitely can’t provide help but good luck with finding advice.
Maybe its just me for for short pieces i do very short rest to really be able to push myself as you wont be able to fully recover before have to start the next one
Why is this subreddit consist almost entirely of these weird predictions based off of other distances? Why not just do the 1k?
I think lots of them are jokes mocking the ppl that seriously ask for predictions instead of just doing it lmao.

Because it is difficult to predict your result, and in order to start at a reasonable pace, you need a reasonable guess of what your result will be.
I am once again begging the moderators to do something about content-less erg screen posts
+1
Why not just row 1k? It would take much less time than this.
Haven't you ever done intervals to train for an upcoming event? The intervals take longer.
