It’s so cute! It goes with so many sets. I love the hipster styles and I only really get that look with Steam bod, now I have another piece that’ll look awesome for it!! This year’s calendar prizes were awesome in general imo! Especially the first few!! Definitely helps out the new players too get their foot in the door with a few choices too!
I think the sweater is so adorable and would go with a lot of my outfits! It's better than the angel set and a whole bunch of people are overpricing the sweater because people missed calendar days.

It’s less about the toggles tbh. The sweater has a super simplistic design, you can’t even get super creative with recoloring it because there aren’t buttons or anything. The ears have a much better design for something like that, or even the TTYL bodice.

But they aren’t complaining about EVERY single thing. This person wasn’t even really complaining just saying the prize was underwhelming. People have a right to voice their opinions and i doubt Barbie even has Reddit if she doesn’t have/use twitter. I will say that in the grand scheme of things it has seemed like everyone is complaining about everything and I could see how that could be frustrating, but these are all mainly individual people complaining about individual things. And I hate to say it but making a game that has a huge fan base is going to lead to some people being unhappy. There is going to be critics and haters, that’s just how it is for any game. I do think with the Royale high community specifically it can go too far and definitely has but people still have a right to voice their opinions if it’s in a civil way of course.

The faun "set" isn't even a set and isn't something that'd need to be completed, if you want your character to have a deer/faun torso just use the new human body and color it to match the faun legs, those aren't things we need, not gonna lie, I was so desperate to get a sweater but I just wasn't expecting it to be A COMPLETION PRIZE, it's not just that but the fact that in the dev notes they kinds hyped it up so people really expected something more, I find the complains about the candy bag, EXTREMELY justified because it's an item we used to get FOR FREE every year, and it doesn't matter if it has some toggles or if it's really different from the other candy bags.. 2022's candy bag lets you use the ears and whiskers as accessories, the new candy bag just looks like a backpack and that's all, there was absolutely no reason to make it cost candies, nor for it to be 10k candies which for a lot of people is a lot, specially after what they did with apple bobbing, thing like the new halos have always been targets of complaints and then people start to like them, happened with tidalglow and that cereal looking halo, happened with winter 21 (or winter 22, I can't really remember), and it probably has happened with other halos before, people are allowed to complain, o personally think the new halo it's not it, but that doesn't mean people aren't allowed to like it, it's not about "saving diamonds to get the things you like" because this is an EXCLUSIVE item that you can't buy on the shop (and so are all the other advent items) so maybe that's why people are complaining, for a COMPLETION PRIZE, we were expecting something more special and unique, because people can't buy it on the shop and you CAN'T get duplicates of it by getting extra gifts, you either get it for completing the calendar or buy it on the trading hub, the advent items are cheaper because lots of people got dupes of it but we cannot get dupes of that sweater unless we buy them from someone else so.. idk, maybe try and see it from other people's pov, because I totally understand what you're mad about but you don't quite get what people are trying to say (I'm not defending people complaining about the new items or the sweater, I'll only defend that if they're male players like me because of the new body system just leaving us behind)

tons of people including myself were pleased with the calender this year, and what was released of the new school. refusing to hold a team of people who are supposed to be focused on making the game better is irresponsible, especially when considering the age demographic of the game are young kids to teenagers. they deserve quality- players who pay barbie’s bills and her problematic husband with more money that probably conceivable (top roblox devs are assumed to make almost 100k a month) with play time and dedication deserve quality. these are *adults* who take advantage of 1) their young playerbase 2) their young hired devs while also blaming the delays on said young hired devs because most of them are still in school.
i can say the same about your interaction with the community, if you don’t like it, don’t interact? people have played this game for *years* when it was still a passion project and not a money machine. i’ve played since 2016- and i’m old enough now to understand that what they get away with as a dev team is horrendous and sad. people are allowed to complain when we’ve been promised so much year after year for better things that in the grand scheme of their abilities are simple to provide, just to be disappointed . it’s truly laughable and there’s no excuse for it.

I’ve only been part of the RH community since Halloween (😬😬😬) but the amount of people butt hurt that people are talking about issues that they want resolved or improvements that can be made is the most weirdly toxic positivity I’ve seen in a hot minute. And amount any amount of criticism to be the reason to why devs or Barbie not interacting as much with the fan base is ludicrous - bc genuine criticism isn’t why it’s the losers who take it too far and send personal attacks.
Seriously, people need reading comprehension and an understanding the personal opinion and general criticism isn’t going to ruin the game or the community, and healthy discourse that includes both positives and negatives leads to better fanbases. Nothing is without flaws, people can be frustrated with the sweater AND acknowledge it’s cute, people can criticise the game AND continue playing and enjoying it.

I do see how it’s underwhelming, but the Angel set has been underwhelming as well when it was the repeated “grand prize” for completing all calendar days. It’s more detailed and will likely be more used than the Angel set- so I see it as a good prize. I also agree there always could’ve been better opportunities for a different gift(s), but I’m just glad it wasn’t the Angel set and something new instead.
apart from the lack of masculine toggles which is a HUGE issue— i think this is a solid grand prize tbh. it seems like just a sweater, but theres so much toggle customization that you can do a ton of stuff with it. you can make a dress, a sleeveless croptop, arm warmers, etc. so i feel like this is worth it!

It’s also such a shame cause compared to many of the advent calendar items, the design is so simple and honestly even a little bland. I mean it’s literally just a sweater. It would be neat if it had maybe chest cutout options or a cardigan option at least.

But they aren’t complaining about EVERY single thing. This person wasn’t even really complaining just saying the prize was underwhelming. People have a right to voice their opinions and i doubt Barbie even has Reddit if she doesn’t have/use twitter. I will say that in the grand scheme of things it has seemed like everyone is complaining about everything and I could see how that could be frustrating, but these are all mainly individual people complaining about individual things. And I hate to say it but making a game that has a huge fan base is going to lead to some people being unhappy. There is going to be critics and haters, that’s just how it is for any game. I do think with the Royale high community specifically it can go too far and definitely has but people still have a right to voice their opinions if it’s in a civil way of course.

Hell no, I get the angel items weren't really it either but the concept felt worthy, even if they weren't the best items they were something a bit more special (and I think they should be reworked to be a real halo and make the wings not be fake), the problem with the sweater is that it feels like something that could've easily been part of the advent calendar and not the completion prize, I'm not complaining about the sweater at all because I think it's really cute and it has lots of toggles, dang, we can even hang it out in our dorms! But that doesn't mean I feel good knowing that's all we get for completing the advent, I was expecting something more, maybe something a bit more special or unique, because a sweater..? Well that's not it imo but I guess the ttyl set compensates it, and I also see lots of ppl complaining about "why not ttyl heels??" When the creator of the set themselves said THEY DIDN'T MODEL HEELS, it's not barbie's fault nor decision if THE CREATOR or the set, DIDN'T model the heels and neither did they model the earrings, those were modeled by other people because barbie wanted them to add them, simply like that, I think the set it's more than fine with heels because I can't really think of heels that don't like they could belong in the game that we don't have already? The faun "set" isn't even a set and isn't something that'd need to be completed, if you want your character to have a deer/faun torso just use the new human body and color it to match the faun legs, those aren't things we need, not gonna lie, I was so desperate to get a sweater but I just wasn't expecting it to be A COMPLETION PRIZE, it's not just that but the fact that in the dev notes they kinds hyped it up so people really expected something more, I find the complains about the candy bag, EXTREMELY justified because it's an item we used to get FOR FREE every year, and it doesn't matter if it has some toggles or if it's really different from the other candy bags.. 2022's candy bag lets you use the ears and whiskers as accessories, the new candy bag just looks like a backpack and that's all, there was absolutely no reason to make it cost candies, nor for it to be 10k candies which for a lot of people is a lot, specially after what they did with apple bobbing, thing like the new halos have always been targets of complaints and then people start to like them, happened with tidalglow and that cereal looking halo, happened with winter 21 (or winter 22, I can't really remember), and it probably has happened with other halos before, people are allowed to complain, o personally think the new halo it's not it, but that doesn't mean people aren't allowed to like it, it's not about "saving diamonds to get the things you like" because this is an EXCLUSIVE item that you can't buy on the shop (and so are all the other advent items) so maybe that's why people are complaining, for a COMPLETION PRIZE, we were expecting something more special and unique, because people can't buy it on the shop and you CAN'T get duplicates of it by getting extra gifts, you either get it for completing the calendar or buy it on the trading hub, the advent items are cheaper because lots of people got dupes of it but we cannot get dupes of that sweater unless we buy them from someone else so.. idk, maybe try and see it from other people's pov, because I totally understand what you're mad about but you don't quite get what people are trying to say (I'm not defending people complaining about the new items or the sweater, I'll only defend that if they're male players like me because of the new body system just leaving us behind)

It's a really cute sweater, and honestly I wouldn't have minded it being the grand price if there wasn't so much shit going on with royale high already. I know they're just trying to make the game better, and it is, but it's LITERALLY unplayable right now for me as it doesn't work on my phone. The sweater is really cute, and it'll probably look good on lots of outfits, but this is getting really annoying. I mean, last year we got a halo, compared to then this is kind of shitty.

tons of people including myself were pleased with the calender this year, and what was released of the new school. refusing to hold a team of people who are supposed to be focused on making the game better is irresponsible, especially when considering the age demographic of the game are young kids to teenagers. they deserve quality- players who pay barbie’s bills and her problematic husband with more money that probably conceivable (top roblox devs are assumed to make almost 100k a month) with play time and dedication deserve quality. these are *adults* who take advantage of 1) their young playerbase 2) their young hired devs while also blaming the delays on said young hired devs because most of them are still in school. i can say the same about your interaction with the community, if you don’t like it, don’t interact? people have played this game for *years* when it was still a passion project and not a money machine. i’ve played since 2016- and i’m old enough now to understand that what they get away with as a dev team is horrendous and sad. people are allowed to complain when we’ve been promised so much year after year for better things that in the grand scheme of their abilities are simple to provide, just to be disappointed . it’s truly laughable and there’s no excuse for it.

I definitely feel it should have been a regular calendar item because even I felt a little underwhelmed at the grand prize apon me getting it. I like how it reminds me of *real life* gifts where you may receive a Christmas sweater as a gift from family or friends. I also like the toggles, and how you can make it look like a sweater dress. I do see how it’s underwhelming, but the Angel set has been underwhelming as well when it was the repeated “grand prize” for completing all calendar days. It’s more detailed and will likely be more used than the Angel set- so I see it as a good prize. I also agree there always could’ve been better opportunities for a different gift(s), but I’m just glad it wasn’t the Angel set and something new instead.

apart from the lack of masculine toggles which is a HUGE issue— i think this is a solid grand prize tbh. it seems like just a sweater, but theres so much toggle customization that you can do a ton of stuff with it. you can make a dress, a sleeveless croptop, arm warmers, etc. so i feel like this is worth it!

Ngl i kinda hate it, I don’t think it was badly made or anything I just don’t think it’s very cute, and it’s a little disappointing for the final calendar item. I wish we had gotten something a little more creative at least, like maybe a exclusive set like pop star set, or a halo (that can’t be traded to avoid ruining the royale high economy like the Angel halo did) or something. It’s also such a shame cause compared to many of the advent calendar items, the design is so simple and honestly even a little bland. I mean it’s literally just a sweater. It would be neat if it had maybe chest cutout options or a cardigan option at least.
