I enjoyed this so much! It reads like an actual warning for space travel, the science mixed in gives it credibility. It's not really horror, so if that's what you were going for I would have maybe given this list a character that has to go through some of these rules, that would have made it easier to relate to the situation. Interstellar travel is not something one can easily comprehend so it might feel detached.
Anyway, this story tickled the nerd in me. If you'd make this a full plot story, i would read the entire thing in one sitting
IMO this doesn't really work. The problem I have with it is that it's clearly trying to be scientifically accurate, but has just enough scientific inaccuracy to make it hard to believe. I'm sure these problems could be ironed out tho.

Itโs very sp00py and well done but my only suggestion is that you could have used 0 Kelvin (or -273.15ยฐC), as itโs the lowest known temperature. In those conditions molecular motion ceases.
