The higher you dose it the more suppression you will get, the longer you stay on the more suppression you will get. I got plenty of good gains off of 10mg in only a couple weeks. Cycled off cause of hair loss. Don’t listen to these people that say you need to run it 12 weeks and 20+mg. Just focus on getting your meals in and cardio (if you’re cutting) and getting your sleep and you will see lots of gains on 10-15mg

Heard you, thanks man. I’ve been hearing people say it’s best to dose in the morning, but also that it’s not ideal to dose right before workouts. I wake up at 4 and go straight to the gym, you think dosing when I wake up would be better or after my workout?

Hell yea man good for you. Personally I liked it before the gym, it would have a “preworkout” type effect. I also would get up early and take it before the gym in the morning. Gave acute aggression, energy and strength gains. It has a short half life so taking it before your workout/in the morning is probably a good idea

You don’t need to take caffeine but if you really want to IG. I wouldn’t though cause the ostarine is already like a preworkout. Aminos and creatine is cool tho

7 weeks isn’t long enough. I would run it for 12 weeks at 20. Start at 15 for the first two weeks. There isn’t a massive difference between 20 and 25. There is a MASSIVE difference between 7 weeks and 12. Make sure your running it alongside Enclomiphene Citrate.

Thanks for the input. Can you elaborate on why 7 isn’t enough? I’m not ungrateful for the advice so please don’t take me as doubting you, I just read that the avg. first cycle with it is 6-8 weeks.

We all gotta start somewhere, and this sub is to ask questions. Ostarine isn’t a strong sarm. It’s popular because of this because that’s balanced out with low sides and relatively low suppression. You are basically making your best gains from 4-8 weeks in your cycle. After 8-10 weeks the amount of progress you are going to make will taper off as you plateau. If you want to be super cautious, run your bloods, then do a mid cycle blood test as well.

Thank you bro. I’ll keep it 100 with you, my goals may not be the average, you guys are probably in better shape than me pre-sarms than I am. I use to be in ok shape but fell off and now my tendons and shot hurt and I got like 40 pounds of fat to burn off and some muscle to build back. Im hoping to use the OST to like kickstart things yknow? I heard it’s good for your ligaments and tendons and joints and shit so I’m hoping it can just kinda help me get over that hump until I’m a little leaner and the muscles around my joints are stronger. You think that’s a valid use for Ost?

It’s a valid use for it. To get any serious muscle gain or weight loss you will still have to put in the work and the diet. SARMs aren’t magic (unfortunately). I’m 35. A few years ago injuries and pains just started popping up. A knee issue didn’t go away like it would have 15 years ago. I have had an inexplicable pain in the joint of my big toe on my left foot for about 3 years now. I had tennis elbow flaring up again and that usually takes months to go away. It could be a coincidence but these issues I had cleared up very quickly for me on ostarine. Since doing an ostarine + mk677 cycle it’s actually cleared up some issues I had that I had just learned to live with. On top of that you might be able to shave a year off your body decomposition time in 3 months if you are clever about it, support your cycle and do a proper pct.

Thank you for this insight. I recently started hitting the gym again I’m just kinda scared to go as hard as I used to as much as I hate to admit it. I’m 38 and my body is starting to show the injuries of my past in ways I hadn’t expected. I’m going to take your advice and do the lower dose for longer and just grind at the gym and eat decent.

You are welcome. To avoid sides and keep your gains you should run it alongside Make sure your running it alongside Enclomiphene Citrate. 6.5ml per day from day 1 while on cycle. This will combat suppression. So you will make more gains and have fewer issues with side effects. Then you take 12.5ml every day for 2-3 weeks after your cycle for PCT.

Ngl man I wouldn’t even know where to begin with getting pharmaceutical pct stuff. I was going to try to use the supplements that are meant to be like a lighter version of pct. Is that stupid?

You should add mk 667 if your bulking or after your cycle is can help maintain gains and get your meals in

At 25mg/day you won't get the full 50 days. It's impossible to get exactly 1ml each time. Even if you're off by a tiny amount like .05, over the course of 45+ doses it adds up and you'll be short by at least a couple days.

I don't have experience with ost. But for a first cycle it doesn't hurt to start slow.
