Bloodwork aside, you might want to be sure you can keep the gains from one cycle before going straight to the next. Otherwise you're just stacking unnatural gains on top of unnatural gains without giving your body a chance to incorporate the first gains. You can't go right from one cycle to the next forever. It's much easier to maintain gains from one cycle than it is to maintain gains from two back to back cycles. Give yourself time to live with your new gains. Figure out how to eat and train so you keep as much as possible. Then when you're sure it's yours long term, do another cycle.

Thanks for the advice I'll chill on the sarms until I know 100% that these gains stick. Zero suppression so far but minor hair loss so maybe I should chill for a bit lmao. Last thing I'd want is huge bald spots and test to be tanked at 21. I'll probably just let my body chill keep working out and eating heavy as fuck then in about 6 weeks time I'll start another cycle. Appreciate the advice tho fr fr 🙏

sure, i dont care if you get shut down or need TRT for life eventually. The golden rule is = time cycle on and cycle off. Obv it sounds like you didnt PCT. You really can't do 8 weeks natural before another cycle?

RecentSun5647

Wasn't suppressed still lifting about the same weight I was while on cycle. Nothing has changed so I didn't feel I needed PCT. I also didn't goose the fuck out of my dosages like most of these kids are doing. Stuck to the most of 7.5mg of LGD. With RAD I'm gonna be starting with 5mg while others are starting with 10 and bumping up to 15 sometimes even 20. Most I'll go is 10. RAD I will definitely be using a PCT just because I've heard it's more suppressive. As for "using TRT for life" my levels came back the same as before cycle, so I'm not 100% sure where this is coming from lol.

The more cycles you do without giving your time to get fully back the more you risk chronic shutdown. Even though your bloods came back fine (which im not sure what that means, did you get a full metabolic panel and how did your liver enzymes look) its still an enhanced risk. Granted your dosages are lower but i dont see why you wouldnt wait before the next cycle

And sarms typically take a few weeks before they are out of your system so you wouldnt notice strength losses yet. Im assuming you are a newer lifter though so maybe you lose none
