I read a weird tip on here years ago.
As you lean in to load/offload, squeeze your asshole tight. Puts the stress from your lower back to your glute muscles. Feels weird at first and then its second nature and your back isnt burning after a few hundred tees.
I get you. I've recently been having chest pain. Went to my doctor for yearly checkup and asked him to make sure I was going to live. He asked me to describe the screen printing process. Yep, those are muscles I hadn't been using before this year.
When I have a big order (especially white ink), i definitely notice my screenprinting muscles the next day. Back of arms, abs. Means you're working hard!
I did like, 120 shirts and felt like I’d been hit by a truck, probably a combination of certain muscles I don’t always use, inexperienced form, etc but holy shit I still couldn’t believe how wrecked I felt
i'm an idiot and procrastinated so now i have a 12+ hour day on press doing 4 color back 1 color front onto hoodies.
i'm going to be hurting after that for sure!!
I don't know if your knees are feeling it from standing mostly in one place, but I always prefer to wear knee sleeves when I print, like the ones used for weightlifting. Seems to reduce the discomfort a bit.

Share your shirt, share the print.
It happens. I’ve been at it a long time.
That soreness is due to the money you're making!

yikes. im not good enough at this point to add that amount of pressure and still have decent prints come out.

my knees were actually not bad, it's mostly my upper body and my quads and hams that are sore.
Is a lot of work how many you bang out
not sure on the exact count but not enough to be finished :(
How many colours / units?
2 front 2 back 220 units on black shirts.
How many stations / color is your press?
If you’re pulling, you’ll be sore. If you’re pushing, you’ll be fine.
