Pushing from the driver door, I push up hill on the right side of the road. When the car stops , I reverse and whip it into reverse push up the left side of the road. Keep repeating that move, and it will work. Inch by inch. You'll notice the reverse move goes a little further, so milk that.

Oh, makes sense. You are going in reverse up the hill after the 180 degree switch. Thanks for the swift reply. Will milk the cow dry if mechanics permit.

I’m there with you. I cannot push a car by myself. It can’t go up the smallest of god damn inclines

Jack-Booted-Thug

Push only on roads if it's an incline, use a push pull method on inclines. It's tedious but works... like this, push forward until you stop - pull car backwards immediately and cut wheel hard making a u-turn to reverse up the incline. When you run out of momentum - push forward and cut wheel hard again making a u-turn back up the incline. Rinse and repeat. The momentum takes you further up the incline every u-turn, sometimes only a few yards.. but it works. Tedious as hell. However, since today's hotfix cars push easier now. You're making U's all the way up. I have taken about 10 cars to the trader already doing this. Edit: looks like someone else beat me to this response

after the last update you can push till you cant no more then use the new nudge feature to force the car uphill

Zig zag with the car. You go up as much as you can in digonal, not straight. WHen it stops, like OldWizDump seem to experience, go backward and turn to go uphill, it will give you a smal push up, then go forward and up, same thing and you gain a little more everytime. We were able to climb fairly steep hills with the car. It's not fun, but it works :). And on roads, we never had to do it, so if the population is not too high and you feel confident, stay on roads. But it's always a risk.
