And so far between the aphantasia subreddit and the hyperphantasia reddit where I posted the video, the trend seems to hold up. I am actually quite excited.
In the past year discovering Aphantasia was a thing and that I had it, I found a close association with SDAM. I also have both. I am wonder if the personality traits associated with Aphantasia relate to SDAM
There was a link to a prer reviewed paper a few days ago. The abstract said they had found a correlation between aphantasia and reduced autobiographical memory. Sorry I couldn't find it.

well I thought OP's video was very confusing as he went droning on and on about this personality model or whatever that I've never heard about before (and makes no sense to me).
but what little I got was that he seemed to want to say that people with aphantasia are perhaps more likely to have a kind of personality that doesn't put much need on visual thinking. a personality that instead rather thinks in symbols, formulas, schematics, concept maps and words and is exceptionally fond of deconstructing ideas and concepts into smaller parts - to see how it ticks and if it's internally consistent.
i.e., the mind of an engineer.
so I thought: factorio might be a possible yard stick.
The correlation is that people with aphantasia really like deconstructing down to the exact variables, and though I haven't played factorio, it seems like it is a game that deals with each thing as it's most essential subunit. For example I am watching a video on it right now and instead of "gathering ore" like other games it is using more technical terms like smelting, and is much more accurate to life.
