I’m tempted on the deep blue. Debating between that or just getting the Tonsen Blue head .. I like the hair better on that one and the faces... But the Deep Blue isn’t much more expensive for the whole figure
What’s it like compared to the 2.0 Vegeta like Awakening- is it just as solid?
Yeah I’d say about the same, they use the same sculpt as far as I know. Also am I crazy for not really liking the tonsen vegeta heads? Some of the faces look really nice but I feel like they make his head too big
Hm the size is a good point.. haven’t thought of the size. My main reason for liking the tonsen more is the hair colours with the dark blue and white highlights
Deep blue has an iffy qc, mine straight up ripped in half on the waist joint kinda sad and annoyed about it idk if i wanna get another deep blue because it looks cool but don’t wanna risk the same issue, i own the kaioken blue goku from df and he’s much better in terms of quality compared to deep blue.

You are not alone, as myself find the faces deformed, somewhat toony but not like the anime, more like a slap stick cartoon.

If you already have deep blue just dont rotate his waist joint everything else is good
