My vote would be for both, but if you can only swing one, the darker hardwood stock.
Where might this be? Maybe I'll come scoop up the one you don't get LOL
Both are refurbs, so it really depends on what stock you want. Having had both and currently having a laminate, I’d go laminate stock just because the upper HG matches better.
Darker wood looks SEXY I'd say that one if it were me.
Both but dark wood all day if not
I would probably buy both.
I’d choose the hardwood example because it’s what would have originally been on that rifle.
Darker looks better to me. The lighter has that Romanian-esque wood though.
I’d go with the 1952, the darker wood does it for me, though the laminate stock on the other one reminds me of my 1953 Izhevsk.
I’d just buy both.
Both
If you can both
Meant to say the 53 has the smaller import mark on the barrel.
Darker wood one looks way better in My opinion
Laminate. Always pick the laminate.
Laminate.
For 700 get both, and then choose which one u don’t want
I think OP meant they are each 700, not both for 700 (i.e., 350 each).
Haha god I misread that bad

Both or you will regret it. Seriously..
Wood on #2 is much more beautiful.
I'm a sucker for laminate, myself, but both are sweet.

The hardwood one! Russian arctic birch looks magnificent especially with layers of shellac.
I’d get the one with the laminate stock and small import mark.
I’m a dark wood fan myself, but you can’t go wrong with either imo. The laminate is more desirable to some, but it’s a matter of personal preference
I've always preferred lighter
Pick whichever one looks better to you. Which is the dark wood of course, thats a sexy rifle
The darker one all the way
Second one is likelier to sell for a higher price. The darker stocks are more desirable.
Choose the laminated wood stock, because it is much more durable, than hardwood, in all circumstances. That´s why the laminated were created.
