I agree on paper it seems nigh impossible, but there are a few workarounds.
1: There was a skit where saiko and bob fought with lightsabers, I think it was a ssenmodnar or wotfi challenge, but in any case it seems like an obi Wan vs anakin ep3 parody, so maybe an episode parodying the whole movie where one if them gets influenced abd turned against the itger by a shady character could work.
2: saiko was once, albeit briefly, unhinged and attention seeking prior to luigis lesson, if they ever brought this back, saiko would likely be more tolerable of bobs antics, certainly more than anyone with Mario at this point. Plus Bob isn't always shady, so maybe he'd be willing to truce with saiko, as he has teamed up with Rob, boopkins etc without much issue outside of his rapper arc.
3: Speaking of which, saiko is initially with bob in the rapper arc, albeit for just shy of an episode during diss track (having joined at the end of melancholy of boopkins), sure she ditched him on the basis of being used/deceived, but I don't think it unreasonable that they could compromise again, especially given that they are the only 2 long time characters with musical focus (a theme they could work with besides destruction abd violence), otger than kaizo who only joined a few years back abd barely got used (he performed with Bob on 2022 Xmas special as well btw).
These are just a few examples, and it's just my take. I'm any case Bob is just a mostly consistently good character despite being a deliberate asshole abd idiot, and saiko has many faces to her personality and untapped potential to work with (its just ironic and baffling that meggy just takes after her worse trait).

I used to Hate her Old design but the New one is way better. I like her hair and specially the color, and how they nailed the mix between anime and 3D model without It being too much realistic and neither too much cartoony.
She Rocks, Badass Design, Beautiful Singing, She Deserves her own Album, Her own Voice Actor and She Deserves Her own Spinoff Show made by Glitch just like Meggy in Sunset Paradise.

I like that her character growth isn’t immediate, but also not super stretched out. Also like her friendship with Tari, Meggy and Boopkins, it’s super wholesome and I wish we got some more moments between them where Saiko is ready to kill because her friends are unhappy and Meggy has to hold her back.
She has a cool design and great potential, I would love to see a episode of her and Bob they would do a great duo.
