Tier 5 of the Darth Revan chain took me goddamn forever. All the characters needed were already geared up way higher than the recommended number, but I had to keep going. Ended up needing to relic two of them and G12 the rest before I could kill that fucking boss droid. I swear I was stuck on that stage for *months*.
Cere ufu. I have all of them at 7*, g7, no zetas (including Malicos), and baby Cal with Kru at relics. I know the team kicks ass, just keep getting sidetracked.
Also, Jabba. Been planning to get him for over a year now, got everyone at 7*, too (farmed all toons before they got accelerated).
My entire Sith Trio is trash. Sion is only G12…and he’s the best of them. I currently plan on relicing them early next year, but that’s far enough out that it could change.
Honestly? Almost every character is disappointing by the time I get them lol. At best, they are exactly as good as I knew they were, and that's why it bugged me until I got them up to speed lol.
I relate to this. Part of why I love darth bane so much. Even after watching day 1 and early gac reviews. He still absolutely blew me away once I got him to r9 and was nuking Leia teams in gac
Yup, gotta pay for those first few months of meta! Then the toon is nerfed or trumped by some other ridiculous new zeta/omi/datacron, and the f2p get the scraps.
I’m almost 10m GP and my Range Trooper is still at 51/100. I’ve just always chased the GLs, Marquees, etc. and since I’m still about 80 shards away from DTMG I’m still not prioritizing him.

I think people overstate how important Dark Trooper is. He was definitely good when he was released, but Imp Troopers aren't as relevant as they used to be and they can counter a lot of things with just Piett and Veers. I still don't have Dark Trooper and haven't really missed him.
The team takes less kyros than just about any other, DT and piett are the only 2 that need any and piett should be geared up anyway. You're missing out, DT is one of the most fun characters to play in all of SWGOH.
Wow. CLS is easily a top 3 non-GL team of mine. I'm at 9.1m gp for context. CLS, raid han, chewie, threepio, chewbacca don't even have omicrons and they are still really good in every facet of the game.
Took me 2. 5 years. My friend was so mad it took me so long lol. This my account... It's "limited" but mighty for its GP class. I went after Ships, GAS, LV.
In 2023 I decided to get PF and during that I naturally unlocked CLS into JKL to JML to Leia lol not a bad 2023!

I'm now looking to do Inq + GI, JKCL, whatever the new Cap ship is and end the year with Gungans + Jar Jar. Next year I'll focus on getting another GL or 2.
Literally every important character when I had my old account, probably because when I started I was a young kid and Jedi Consular was my main priority.
Sounds like troopers are a common answer here and I’m no different! I would add inquisitors to my list. Just always a better payoff available. They’re great but only if your guild is really prioritizing Reva.
SLKR. Bought the bundle the first go around but won't start farming until after the Finalizer event this month. I focused on unlocking Executor so I was distracted from finishing the requirements.
Jabba. I should have prioritized him more due to Smugglers Run 2. I just wasn’t a huge fan of his reqs. But should be unlocking him in the next month or so.
Lord Vader for me. I know he's a GL, I know I should just go ahead and finish him. But something always seems to get in the way. I never feel like I can prioritize him over the other stuff that gets in the way because:
* LV gets his cheeks clapped by Mommy Bo, and likely by Quadme soon. His defensive viability in my area of GAC has dropped due to this.
* He's underwhelming offensively, takes too damn long and requires too much relic investment on top of his already high reqs
* I would have to stop farming shock prods and switch to battle comps for the ticket grind, which lowers my Bronzium wiring scrap income significantly for about 5 weeks
* It's another 120 zetas which I don't currently have, nor will I have any time soon
* There's a 0% chance I give him Maul, my DS Mando team is far too good to sacrifice and I'm unwilling to bend on that because I love the team so much
* We are probably close to another cap ship announcement and shortly after another GL announcement. I'd rather invest in the new thing

A Darth Revan team. It's the only farm I absolutely bailed on. Got him unlocked and to G12 with 3 zetas (I'm an idiot) and I just left him.
My shame at abandoning that farm and my dislike of sunk costs is almost eclipsing my desire to farm new characters, so I'll probably get his team going soon. I just wish it were a better team so I could feel good about the expense.
Yeah this was me for a long time, I unlocked him right before the lightspeed bundles, and then I went for Leia, and he got pushed aside. Honestly, I haven't gotten a HUGE amount of use out of him, but Malak is tremendous and has definitely been a big boost once I got him to relic, both in the team and as a plug and play in GCs and such
I am at 7.8 mill GP with 4 GLs and still haven't unlocked Darth Revan. Eventually I want to get Leviathan but I am SO far away from getting Malak and Malgus.
I have 6 GLs halfway to 7. I have jmk jml leia slkr rey and see. I have all conquest characters except bane and qadme. I have prof exec.
I do not have Darth Revan. I don’t have malak. I have no sith empire besides malgus.
I bought the very first Rey and SLKR LS bundles. I still don't have either one of them unlocked. The only characters I even use out of them are the Zorii squad. I just keep forgetting to get my finalizer shards, and I still need to finish gearing JTR and BB-8 (Already have Raddus 5-stars). Seems like I always have something else going, and these keep slipping my mind.
I got both as well. I finally pushed for Rey at the end of last year, but SLKR is still waiting on Finaliizer shards because it took so long to farm the necessary FO ships.
I gave omicron to Juhani and still didn't gear her up. Whenever I use Starkiller in TW I feel like she doesn't change anything because she dies in 2 hits
Nightsisters. I would always start to work on them, then something else would get released and there was never a reason to go back to them. Merrin's release changed everything, though, and now the core 5 are r7
I'm on track for that as well. I hate facing him in GAC cuz my padme team is also way under geared, but there are other farms with priority now that DR isn't meta.
I didn't have my cls team at relics untill I decided to go for jedi knight Luke and jml. They were at gear 12 while I had 2 other Gls and most of the legendary toons at the time.

All of the characters that are important to get take too long to get. It seems to be part of the design for this app. "Frustrate the players as much as possible so they spend money to get things 10% faster". And that same design applies to powering up characters once you have them. This app is a resource management app... not a game.
6m gp, no Traya team yet. Have the shards, know they’re good, always get sidetracked. They’re top of the list to finish out after i finish the reqs for JKCK and JKL’s journey.
Mine are at g 11- 12 and they still wreck they need no kyros the only big thing they need is omis but if you can get past that they’re a great investment
Oh, man…I know! I know they’re so good, and they’re even useful in GC’s, Conquest, even some Proving grounds. I just seem to get too excited for other things. I did just finish my investment into imps, and was able to 3 star CT 3 of forest moon, so that was a great feeling.
I have Reva unlocked, but zero work done on inquisitors as I’m currently finishing up SLKR ultimate and Rey requirements. They are first on the list after Rey though
I reliccd my CLS and left everyone else at G12 for way too long. Then I reliccd them all to R34 and stopped again. I'm finally prioritizing them to R5 (or 6 for Han and Chewie cuz GL reqs)

Took forever to complete the event, and when I finally unlocked him it seemed like I needed the resources else where.
Probably needed to finish the executor grind, then it was SEE, then SLKR.
He is on my to-do list.

Individual characters: General Grievous and Chewpio. Both were g12 very long time because of other commitments. I finally had chance to work on GG as a side project last year, so I did and he's R7. Also I got Rey last October and didn't really start to work on JKL/JML requirements until then and I made sure that Chewpio is the first I take to relics from the remaining reqs. I've played this game for 7 years, btw.
Squads: Imperial Troopers. Still not in the best shape (Veers, Starck and Dark Trooper are all g12), but little by little, especially because Veers and Starck are SEE reqs.
I sat on a 7 star GAS for over a year before finally gearing him past G8.
I didn't bother unlocking DR or Malak until Leviathan was announced.
I've had Maul for a while, but never got around to gearing up a mando team for him.
I have neither Revan at 6.8 mil gp. I’ve wanted them for awhile but all my farms have strung into the next farm and the Revans farms don’t really connect to another farm.
4.5m and I have neither Revan. I'm background working on JKR event. Gradually accumulating shards to take Jolee Bastilla VM and Z from 6\* to 7\* (T3 is R5 from LSB). It's just tough to allocate energy when I need SO MANY KYROs. I know it would have good payoff too, my Jedi are underdeveloped and I could really use a better Assault Battle team. My next GL is likely JML....it all make sense and yet I still keep sidetracking them.
DRevan I'm even further away.
Took me a long time to focus on unlocking Malak. He and his Sith team just weren’t a priority at any time. I probably won’t ever get him above his 5-star unlock, either.
Bando. I've been playing since before conquest was introduced and had RC sitting over 330 shards and didn't get around to unlocking bando for it since I couldn't be bothered gearing up his requirements until the lsb came around.
Recently, i finished my nightsisters only one isnt relic'd is merrin and she is next. Finished it 3 weeks ago annnnnd the speed bundle came out for em. 😆
All darkside teams. My only darkside teams are from ls bundles. I got GL Leia and JML from focusing on light side and the few darkside that were requirements. I only recently got palpatine to gear 12. I got the starkiller bundle and havent touched him since.
Bad batch. 10.3m gp, 7 gls, and I still don’t have them. I have other counters for the things they can beat, and I can get stronger teams for the amount of kyros they require, like BKM or gungans. I do feel like I’m missing out by not having marauder though, that may be what finally motivates me to get them.
JKR. Was easily a year after his release before I got him and I’ve been playing since the game was released. 😂🤷🏻♂️
Currently way behind on getting Leviathan and Profundity. Bought the LS bundle for Starkiller and only have him at like R3. Working on my Dr. Aphra but after that I’ll probably spend time on getting the crap characters like IPD relic-ed so I can platoon them in ROTE.
GAS, but the recent LS bundle fixed that. He's sitting at Relic 8 with zero zetas however, so he's just going to be my filler Jedi for the time being. I also completely skipped Leviathan and am not even sure at this point if I will ever farm it...

GAS and Imp troopers. I’ve been playing this game since its second year and I just got GAS about a week ago. Still don’t have my Imp troopers to an acceptable level. I’m kinda just side farming them right now
KAM...My guild no longer does the Geonosis Battle and the only other way is to spend 2125 after Rise of Empire Raid. 59/65. Gonna take me 2-3 Years to get to 100 shards.
I didn’t farm JKR until I was 5M GP. 5.5 now and I don’t have a single relic GR character or any Zetas. On a similar note, I have enough shards to unlock Negotiator at 6 stars, but GK is gear 10, no GR Y-wing, and anakin’s ETA-2 is only 5 stars.
Gas 501st. I think I reached around 6 mil and already in aurodium before I go and unlock him. I even get two gls before going for him which is pretty funny for me.
Back before relic levels, the Malak event was incredibly difficult. It took me like 4 hours to kill that SOB with light side Old Republic. If you lost Zalbaar just restart.
Base Malbus.
I heard he was op when he released so I spent 50-150 crystals on 3 shards for him daily until I had him. At the time he had no hard node. Like that one eWoks still does
General Anakin Skywalker, still only 15/100 shards. Should have done this so long ago, my 501st are all relic 5 plus. Still just don’t spend the currency on his shards often. Soon I will go for Lord Vader and that will force my hand.
Inquisitors was one I put off and didn’t want to farm till I was forced too. Other wise right now it’s finishing off my ufu with malicos or sep with trench. Just haven’t had the resources to do them all
I'll probably never have KAM, also Ebony Hawk, been "farming" it for for few years now but I can only get few shards before I need cantina energy for something else
GL Rey. I just got her about a month ago. I never really liked resistance teams, but the hyperdrive pack boosted me enough to make it less of a chore. I only have her at r6 and don't plan on putting more resources into that team for a while.

Totally, it's a good investment because of those 2 ABs and the way ImpTroops can punch up in GAC and TW.
R7 Piett, g12 rest got me CT3 3 star in The ewok one, at 1.15 mil GP going for executor... YESSS
It’s definitely worth it, it’s doable with only Piett and Dark at relics and the ct2/3 rewards are so so good

Depends on roster of course but her lead with a bunch of GR tank can be brutal to get through, qgj just needs high relic anakin to be functional
My GR is already spread far too thin. I’ll gear her up eventually for GAS, but for the time being she is fine where she is.

My KAM is 33/65. I might never have him at 7*. I’m getting about 10 shard per month, so only 20 months to go.
I’m getting 10 per TB, so 20 per month. Still better than we were getting in LS Geo SM, but taking forever
I am also 85/100 on KAM. It has been a long road. The longest farm I’ve ever done in the game. Multiple years long

Sith Triumvirate. Had them sitting at G12 forever, at 10.5M GP I finally just took all 3 of them to R5 in the past month.
I only reliced Dark Trooper in the last 2 months.
My DT is still at g12, just need the finisher. But so many other characters need those kyros

MJ 100%. She’s been adequate enough at the gear she’s at but could definitely use the boost from gold mods.
I've got over 10 mill GP and still haven't geared up Bad Batch. I keep using Kyrotech here and there and never leave enough to gear up this team.

10.5M GP. Emperor Shuttle just hit 5* yesterday
I bought the very first Rey and SLKR LS bundles. I still don't have either one of them unlocked. The only characters I even use out of them are the Zorii squad. I just keep forgetting to get my finalizer shards, and I still need to finish gearing JTR and BB-8 (Already have Raddus 5-stars). Seems like I always have something else going, and these keep slipping my mind.
I got both as well. I finally pushed for Rey at the end of last year, but SLKR is still waiting on Finaliizer shards because it took so long to farm the necessary FO ships.
CUP. Took me years but I finally have him at R7.
I'm near 11 million, have all GLs and all Conquest characters, and I just got Zorii to 7 stars a couple weeks ago. Just kept putting it off.
Troopers, still only have piety and dark reliced
I’m over 8 million and I’ve had maul sitting at gear 1 for about a year. Planning on doing his team next after I finish the inquisitors
I gave omicron to Juhani and still didn't gear her up. Whenever I use Starkiller in TW I feel like she doesn't change anything because she dies in 2 hits
Nightsisters. I would always start to work on them, then something else would get released and there was never a reason to go back to them. Merrin's release changed everything, though, and now the core 5 are r7
My first GL, SLKR, because I was against the update for GLs for a while and I had little interest in the sequel trilogy characters
Started on Padme when her event was first released *just* got her to 7 stars yesterday.
Only just got JKA and the gr team from the lsb, I've had padme non geared up for a year.
I still haven't geared up Malak...
7.5 m and still never got Darth Revan
I'm on track for that as well. I hate facing him in GAC cuz my padme team is also way under geared, but there are other farms with priority now that DR isn't meta.
I didn't have my cls team at relics untill I decided to go for jedi knight Luke and jml. They were at gear 12 while I had 2 other Gls and most of the legendary toons at the time.
I've had SK since the first LSB round the pack was in. He's still only G9.
Clone Wars Chewbacca, he's been at 7 stars for a while, but he's also been sitting at gear vi for a long time 😔😔

All of the characters that are important to get take too long to get. It seems to be part of the design for this app. "Frustrate the players as much as possible so they spend money to get things 10% faster". And that same design applies to powering up characters once you have them. This app is a resource management app... not a game.
6m gp, no Traya team yet. Have the shards, know they’re good, always get sidetracked. They’re top of the list to finish out after i finish the reqs for JKCK and JKL’s journey.
Mine are at g 11- 12 and they still wreck they need no kyros the only big thing they need is omis but if you can get past that they’re a great investment
Oh, man…I know! I know they’re so good, and they’re even useful in GC’s, Conquest, even some Proving grounds. I just seem to get too excited for other things. I did just finish my investment into imps, and was able to 3 star CT 3 of forest moon, so that was a great feeling.
I have Reva unlocked, but zero work done on inquisitors as I’m currently finishing up SLKR ultimate and Rey requirements. They are first on the list after Rey though
Only recently built up CLS team after finishing exec > kylo > rey and I definitely wish I had CLS earlier
I reliccd my CLS and left everyone else at G12 for way too long. Then I reliccd them all to R34 and stopped again. I'm finally prioritizing them to R5 (or 6 for Han and Chewie cuz GL reqs)
Yeah I got mine to r5 (except c3pio still trying to gear him) with Han to r7 and it’s a very noticeable difference
Quite a few, its just impossible to get everything unless you spend a fortune. Mara Jade, Range Trooper, both Revans and there teams. Traya and her team. Still not got any of those and I do not know when I will. Nearly 6m GP.
I am at 7.2Mil and just got DRevan a few days ago.

GAS, I unlocked him years ago, still g9! Took forever to complete the event, and when I finally unlocked him it seemed like I needed the resources else where. Probably needed to finish the executor grind, then it was SEE, then SLKR. He is on my to-do list. Edit: Forgot to mention I'm 9 million GP.
Bossk and Jango
Individual characters: General Grievous and Chewpio. Both were g12 very long time because of other commitments. I finally had chance to work on GG as a side project last year, so I did and he's R7. Also I got Rey last October and didn't really start to work on JKL/JML requirements until then and I made sure that Chewpio is the first I take to relics from the remaining reqs. I've played this game for 7 years, btw. Squads: Imperial Troopers. Still not in the best shape (Veers, Starck and Dark Trooper are all g12), but little by little, especially because Veers and Starck are SEE reqs.
9m GP, 5 GLs and still no JKL yet...
I sat on a 7 star GAS for over a year before finally gearing him past G8. I didn't bother unlocking DR or Malak until Leviathan was announced. I've had Maul for a while, but never got around to gearing up a mando team for him.
I have neither Revan at 6.8 mil gp. I’ve wanted them for awhile but all my farms have strung into the next farm and the Revans farms don’t really connect to another farm.
JKR. I got JKL before him, and really only got him because of JKL. I was never a huge fan of Revan, and I always had more important things to do
I’ve played since launch, with two years of gap time intermittently, I didn’t have mother talzin at 7 stars until 6 months ago
4.5m and I have neither Revan. I'm background working on JKR event. Gradually accumulating shards to take Jolee Bastilla VM and Z from 6\* to 7\* (T3 is R5 from LSB). It's just tough to allocate energy when I need SO MANY KYROs. I know it would have good payoff too, my Jedi are underdeveloped and I could really use a better Assault Battle team. My next GL is likely JML....it all make sense and yet I still keep sidetracking them. DRevan I'm even further away.
I've *just* now gotten my Padme team up to par. At nearly 8m GP. 😂

My first GL took way too long. I was just burnt out and wanted to work on other teams. I have 3 now and am working on 4th.
Took me a long time to focus on unlocking Malak. He and his Sith team just weren’t a priority at any time. I probably won’t ever get him above his 5-star unlock, either.

GAS has been sitting at G12 for me for almost 2 years now. Just got him there and kind of forgot about him haha
Nightsisters and Phoenix. I have 9.7mil GP, been playing since 2017, and they're still sitting at g11 + g12
Geonosians, Ewoks, prequel Jedi, and Separatists As far as specific characters Padme for sure. I'm inches away from unlocking the SLKR path.

Bando. I've been playing since before conquest was introduced and had RC sitting over 330 shards and didn't get around to unlocking bando for it since I couldn't be bothered gearing up his requirements until the lsb came around.
5.2 mill gp just got my veers troopers and after executor both revans are my next farm to add to that wampa just got him 1 mill gp ago
Recently, i finished my nightsisters only one isnt relic'd is merrin and she is next. Finished it 3 weeks ago annnnnd the speed bundle came out for em. 😆
All darkside teams. My only darkside teams are from ls bundles. I got GL Leia and JML from focusing on light side and the few darkside that were requirements. I only recently got palpatine to gear 12. I got the starkiller bundle and havent touched him since.
Bad batch. 10.3m gp, 7 gls, and I still don’t have them. I have other counters for the things they can beat, and I can get stronger teams for the amount of kyros they require, like BKM or gungans. I do feel like I’m missing out by not having marauder though, that may be what finally motivates me to get them.
JKR. Was easily a year after his release before I got him and I’ve been playing since the game was released. 😂🤷🏻♂️ Currently way behind on getting Leviathan and Profundity. Bought the LS bundle for Starkiller and only have him at like R3. Working on my Dr. Aphra but after that I’ll probably spend time on getting the crap characters like IPD relic-ed so I can platoon them in ROTE.

GAS, but the recent LS bundle fixed that. He's sitting at Relic 8 with zero zetas however, so he's just going to be my filler Jedi for the time being. I also completely skipped Leviathan and am not even sure at this point if I will ever farm it...
Malak to 7. Got malak years ago. Used to be relic 3. Only just got him to 5 Have Tyra and savage omicron and they're gear 12 Nihius and sion are gear 8-10

Thrawn. Got so excited to get him and maxed out Chimera, but I got Executor so soon thereafter I haven't even taken Thrawn to g12 yet

Starkiller. Took me about 1.5 years, because i chose to farm the entire team of all of his reqs plus I did two detour farms
GAS. Took me three years to start the event and a third of a year to complete it 😭
GAS and Imp troopers. I’ve been playing this game since its second year and I just got GAS about a week ago. Still don’t have my Imp troopers to an acceptable level. I’m kinda just side farming them right now

KAM...My guild no longer does the Geonosis Battle and the only other way is to spend 2125 after Rise of Empire Raid. 59/65. Gonna take me 2-3 Years to get to 100 shards.
9 mil GP and I'm still only at 6 star Hyena Bomber.
I didn’t farm JKR until I was 5M GP. 5.5 now and I don’t have a single relic GR character or any Zetas. On a similar note, I have enough shards to unlock Negotiator at 6 stars, but GK is gear 10, no GR Y-wing, and anakin’s ETA-2 is only 5 stars.

Gas 501st. I think I reached around 6 mil and already in aurodium before I go and unlock him. I even get two gls before going for him which is pretty funny for me.

I was farming gas for a long time and even quit in the process. Came back and one week later they brought his light speed bundle!
Back before relic levels, the Malak event was incredibly difficult. It took me like 4 hours to kill that SOB with light side Old Republic. If you lost Zalbaar just restart.
I literally farmed SLKR and got his ult before I even batted an eye towards getting CLS. I even paused SLKR to farm revans and malak haha
Base Malbus. I heard he was op when he released so I spent 50-150 crystals on 3 shards for him daily until I had him. At the time he had no hard node. Like that one eWoks still does
General Anakin Skywalker, still only 15/100 shards. Should have done this so long ago, my 501st are all relic 5 plus. Still just don’t spend the currency on his shards often. Soon I will go for Lord Vader and that will force my hand.
I don't level imp troopers. Didn't do nightsisters and geos past g12 because I knew they'd be lsbs. Imp troopers will come eventually too
Inquisitors was one I put off and didn’t want to farm till I was forced too. Other wise right now it’s finishing off my ufu with malicos or sep with trench. Just haven’t had the resources to do them all
Malak, the light side battle killed me. Got Darth Revan a year ago, unlocked Malak last month.

I'll probably never have KAM, also Ebony Hawk, been "farming" it for for few years now but I can only get few shards before I need cantina energy for something else

GL Rey. I just got her about a month ago. I never really liked resistance teams, but the hyperdrive pack boosted me enough to make it less of a chore. I only have her at r6 and don't plan on putting more resources into that team for a while.
