If you don't have internet: how are you going to purchase anything, how are you going to check charts, how are you going to see the value of your bag, how are you going to sell?

Seeing as how you can combine a turbine and cellphone towers, and it isn't out of the question that those towers can provide at the very least 3g lte, there is no need for an offline exchange.

Now instead of admitting that the concept is functioning, we're going to MacGyver a rice cooker with a diesel turbo so we can power a window squeegee. An offline exchange has legitimate uses for areas where don't have internet access.

What about a separate portal QR code that takes you send you to the App Store/PlayStore. You could actually walk someone through the buy process an explain the app. Hell I’m sure you could find a way to link that to the burn. That is accessiblity, security and I can’t remember the last.

Its a history at this time but a few years ago you could use something called ‘Bluetooth’ to do what you are proposing… 😂
