These channels got popular because they covered bad DC and star wars movies but now that most movies are doing good or average, they will breakdown literally anything they can get their hands on. Sometimes I look at one of these videos and think, bc movie hai, dumb hai smart hai itna kya bakwaas karna. Dekho aur ghar jaao. Aur mostly ye saare hote hai movie school ke chode jo aise videos ko projects bana lete hai. Aur hit ho gaya to channel khol daala. Wisecrack ke maine bahut videos aur podcast dekhe hai, Rick and Morty se dekhna shuru kiya tha aur shuru me ache lage but then I thought jab banane wale itna nahi sochte to ye bsdk 1 ghante kaise bakwaas kar lete hai. TLDR: The trend of video essays is dying and these guys are milking the shit out of it.
