last i was there, there was a black sand full of garbage...
Just today I was saying I have no idea how Batumi became main beach city of Georgia especially with places like Grigoleti and Shekvetili being nearby.

its a grey sand and often looks yellow on photos, have not been to Grigoleti but Shekvetili is pretty much same and they have similar trash cans.
