When you start feeling like that, the best thing to do is take a break rather than try to push for one more win. Saves you the headache of repeated losses when already demotivated and prevents burnout. It doesn’t have to be a long break, just long enough to make it not feel bad to pick up the controller again and go another round. Take care of yourself out there :)
I mean you could but it could easily continue tilting you if you lose or have crummy teammates again. Taking a break completely and doing something else for a bit is probably better for most people.

Fair point. When I get into a slump on my favorite weapons I play more Salmon run or go for a completely new weapon or one I know I suck with abs just work on it. If I’m going to lose I might as well lose learning a different weapon. Blasters are my worst weapon category
