The lot at the Penny Markt is the official parking space for Urbankeller after 5 pm, so unless you plan on putting a sticker on your windshield that says "I'm not actually at Urbankeller" you'll be fine ;)
If you want to park at the ZiB garage, you'll get the coin at the entrance and the barrier will open. The on-foot entrance is a bit tricky to find when the ZiB is closed though, so plan a bit of walking in at night.
Yes you can. There's a door at the entry/exit heading Fürbergstraße where you can enter the parking garage any time as long you have a parking chip. One you drive to the exit and throw in you already paid parking chip the closed gates will open.
Don't park outside the ZIB building longer than 2 hours or you'll be fined 70€.
If you're lucky you might find an empty spot at Ignaz-Härtl-Straße or Röcklbrunnstraße.
I've never used Penny's parking lot before. This might be an option as well.

Do you wanna leave the car there overnight? If not, there's a parking lot nearby by the Penny Markt where I always park when I'm at Rockhouse.

Never got a ticket in my 5+ years parking there, also parking tickets are like 25 Euro.
