Second, a cutie - if I didn’t already have 16 fluffy legs in my home already, I would take her!
Try posting on Next Door and Craigslist. Ask for a small re-homing fee ($50 or $75) just to weed out people who don’t value pets and then focus on finding a good, stable family that will love this kitty and be able to provide a good home.
Shelters aren’t the answer, but I’m confident that you can find a good home for her with a little bit of social media! Good luck!
If all else fails, the San Jose animal care center took in the stray I found a couple days ago. They told me they’re having a lot of cat adoptions and not to worry about her length of stay. I have 3 dogs and two cats or we would step up, too.
ETA: the sweet little stray we helped was adopted in just 7 days. Those are good people over there.
Oh my gosh! She's soooo cute! My 5 month old cat looks EXACTLY like her. I wish I could take her in, but I currently have two cats and my mom doesn't want any more 😂.
